Airlines and "lost" baggage

information.travel.aol.com — American Airlines has not responded to questions about how a bag on a non-stop flight can be lost between Chicago and Seattle. Told by an employee in baggage that the bag would be delivered the next day by a courier service. We're still waiting. That was in August, 2007! Letters written to the service have been unanswered!? Theft? No doubt here!
