    They firmly believe the majority of their losses come from employees, not from "customers". All of the kids know WMT is easy pickin's. Take what you want. It's an open invitation to steal. The kids also steal huge quantities of alcohol, which is to me a horror. These 14 and 15 year olds come in and use a tool they got to pop the security tops off the bottles and away they go. We associates know the habitual adult offenders and often will follow them for a while with the "can I help you" or "how are you today" to let them know we are watching them but they know WMTs backwards policies on shoplifting and could CARE LESS if we follow them. They take what they want right in front of us because unless you are salaried mgt there is nothing that can or will be done, so why should they stop??? Free stuff is great! "
