  • keltin, on 03/22/2008, -0/+1The police are always reacters, almost never can they deter or stop crime. After the dirty deed is done, then they usually show up. It's not a hit on them, it's just the nature of the work.
    It is pretty appalling that this animal wasn't recognized the second time, after they already had a bead on him from the first time. The quality of cops must be abysmally low. Time for everyone to be carrying firearms, after they get proper training on using it effectively.
