My name is RD Watkins, a Senior Project Manager PMP (PMI Certified). I help companies or individuals to develop a strategic plan, clear processes and reach their project goals and succeed.
I do this by "Applying Common Sense Project Management Principles in a Virtual World." I bring people together and help them in clearly defining their target objectives, building consensus on a plan and mentor them in achieving their desired results.
