Using digg.com for community decision making (ie. sb_review)

sourcebench.com — While searching for a way to gather some user feedback for new features of our review plugin sb_review, I came up with the idea of using digg as a platform that will allow my users and other interested people to submit their ideas for new features. In order to do this I created this post.
