- InternetUser, on 10/12/2007, -0/+33Does anyone ever write Ajax? Or do they just collect links to tutorials like me? :p
- Grimdotdotdot, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11ENOUGH already!
How many of these 'Top x lists' do we need? - RBasil, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9All they do at 121space.com is collect links from Digg and repost them so people will visit and click on their ad links.
Reported as SPAM. - Agret, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8I procrastinate. Horde the tutorials until you are without net for whatever reason and then you'll get around to it.
- dominik, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8I collect. And collect. And collect.
- ramd3z, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7When the day comes that I need to write something in ajax, i'll have hundreds of links to get lost in. With no cohesive order or understanding.
- nitsuj, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Whoopee. Most helpful? It's a list someones splatted onto a forum. Try google for a whole bunch more. --digg
- bajones, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I think that page could use a few more adsense ads.
- ucg1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Just use something like DWR (Direct Web Remoting - http://getahead.ltd.uk/dwr/) and be done with it. With DWR all the heavy lifting is taken care of for me and I can concentrate on functionality. Doing the XMLHttpRequest stuff manually was interesting maybe 6 months ago, but now there are enough good tools to let you abstract that away.
- Chrysalid, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Seconded. If I need a tutorial, I just use Google. These kinds of posts are boring me, and you never know if the site owner is getting money for you clicking the links. And wtf is it with AJAX, PHP and Flash isn't enough?
- dwight0, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Your right, all they do is collect the same old links and repost. nobody even vists any of the links so they dont even notice they are duplicates. everyone just collects.
- camiller, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Coming soon....
Top 40 list of "Top x whatever" lists. - Grimdotdotdot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Some characters don't make it into your message board, such as + or &.
- dwight0, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2good job!
- caluml, on 10/12/2007, -7/+8I recently learnt AJAX, and I'm very proud of my AJAX message board, and hit counter. I know it looks rubbish (as does the whole site, but it's my first foray from server side scripting over to client side. Check them out at http://calum.org/ . Don't forget to leave a message!
- bajones, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Nice App. Good use of Ajax
- tanker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Aren't they all just the same tutorials? :)
- thebman990, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1hmm.. I have a can of AJAX under my bathroom sink!
haha, j/k.. no but seriously, these top 20 AJAX tutorials are getting boring. - StarManta, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1As annoying as these "best whatever sites!" posts are, I found the first 4 links incredibly helpful in learning the basics of AJAX - if you're interesting in learning, at least look at those.
- chris9902, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3ummm... you can't wirte anything in Ajax, Ajax is a method of using Javascript and XML.
maybe you should read one or two of thos tutorials you collect. - InternetUser, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Thanks Einstein!
- caluml, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yeah. I think you can do it with %25 or whatever the ampersand char is.
- levee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Me too. I'm thinking of starting a museum to AJAX tutorials....:)
- conquest, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0TOTAL SPAM! reported
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3Funny you should ask. That's exactly what I do (collect).
It's actually how I learned PHP as well.

http://www.bigloveboards.com - dwight0, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1can we just have a list of the top 20 pages full of links on ajax instead?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Hell, at least they were smart enough to take out the "digg this" that most peopel that steal from here are too dumb to remove and at least make themselves not look like copy cats.
- chris9902, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1~ignore this~
- decksnfx, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1List of Top 20 most refreshing pooping tutorials!
- Agret, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1ad links? You should get adblock.
