techcoffee.infogami.com — A recipe for staying focused on a goal is pair programming and code sprints. When something is good, why not do it more often? Here's the proposal: every Monday morning, 6 to 8 a.m., open source hackers meet up and work on the projects that interest them. It's a "running club" meets "study hall" mashup for the meatspace. Create one for your city!
