Ruby on Rails Development in Windows XP

techjournal.co.uk — Due to various frustrations and issues with my Ruby on Rails development environment on Linux and on Windows Vista, I have decided to go back to Windows XP for now.I like using Vista but there are far too many annoyances for me at the moment and I spend more time trying to make things work than actually using them.
