    There is nothing about Lolcode that separates it from any other language aside from the use of amusing keywords; a feat which can easily be emulated with a good macro assembler. Regardless, there is a lot missing and it would have quite a long way to go before it would even be considered useful. Let's just leave it where it is right now -- a joke. Don't run it into the ground because after it's lost the funny, it will have lost all value.

    4chan turned it into a trillion Caturday photos, which got filtered down to the unwashed masses (housewives on LiveJournal, mainly), and have thus become diluted and cheesy. ("I can has CUTESY FLUFFNESS??! D'AWWWW")
