IBM announces contest to help promote Cell Broadband Engine Architecture.
304.ibm.com — IBM has announced a programming contest for college students, which they hope will help promote the Cell Broadband Engine Architecture (currently powers the PS3). The contest is open to all part time and full time students in the US, Canada (no Quebec), Brazil and parts of Europe. First prize is $10,000 for Challenge 2. Judging begins July 05, 2007
