Nevertheless, it leaves out one glaring piece of information that may help put things into perspective - Who were the people surveyed? I am sure that Quantum Plus, as an advisory firm, might have relied on its existing roster of clients and may not want to divulge on any sensitive information there, but just like any analyst firm that publishes research findings, it will be good to know the profile of the firms included in the survey. Were they primarily service buyers or did they include service providers as well? Was there a common industry focus in the survey? Were they large enterprises with fairly complex deal structures or were they mid-market companies with simpler, short-term deals? That would made this 'good' piece, an 'excellent' one.
