Anyway, the Yahoo YUI is the BSD License. So google can do this, and seems google then release its GWT (Apache License).

google.com — It looks like it is licensed and everything is on the up and up, but it's still strange. Right in one of Google's CSS files for their main site there is "Copyright (c) 2007, Yahoo! Inc. All rights reserved." http://www.google.com/ig/f/x12MrEoMaGA/ig.css
