Deleting these stories sets a horrible precedent for you, that a private entity can exert control over information on your site that is clearly in the public domain and not your responsibility. The code is available everywhere online, and the code-ninjas in the OSS community have likely already copied it and are using it to make HD-DVD playable on non-authorized platforms. Even if you revoke this one, the process needed to obtain the key has also been hacked.
