This uses a combination of JavaScript and CSS to hide the input elements and add CSS styles to the label. The form collects data as it normally would, and if JavaScript is disabled the form remains fully functional.

- chriserwin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This is true. However by simply changing the graphics / css you can make them appear more like standard checkboxes and radio buttons. IE: add an outline around the graphic, or make them more button like.
This script allows web developers to get creative and create checkboxes and radio buttons that match the rest of their websites design. Much like you do with a textfield.
