When he split off from the Vancouver PHP Users Association, he did not make it clear to the many top PHP developers he invited that he was no longer working with the Vancouver PHP Users Association which is a non-profit group.
In the assumption that he was working with a non-profit group, the speakers did not ask for a fee. Very misleading indeed.
