Yoo Won't Say Whether President Can Bury Detainee Alive watch!

thinkprogress.org — Testifying before the House Judiciary Committee, torture author John Yoo refused to answer Rep. Conyers' question whether the president could bury a detainee alive. He also refused to say whether there was anything the president was prohibited from doing to a detainee.

Furthermore, for any Republicans who think torture is just a slap to the head or a dunk in the water, let's waterboard them too until they confess to aiding and abetting terrorism.

    You see, not only should we be against torture because it offends every single value that Americans hold dear. Torture has never been shown to provide valuable intelligence. After you break someone, that person will tell you whatever you want to hear. We then waste valuable time and resources chasing down the false information one extracted.

    Yoo and his buddies ought to be prosecuted for war crimes.
