I came to a very sad realization recently. There is no way any 3rd party candidate can ever win. Here is my logic.
Only people smart enough to realize that both parties are the same will vote 3rd party.
If you are that smart you are at least in the top 10% of smart people in the United States.
Since everyone is allowed to vote, regardless of IQ there is no way 10% can ever out vote the other 90% (i.e. the idiots).
So since stupid people get to vote, we get the government we deserve.
I am not one of those people that says I will vote for the lesser of two evils, that is for retards, I will vote for the candidate I feel is most in line with my positions, which since I have a genius level IQ will obviously be a third party candidate, however I also realize that I am in a very small group.
