Woman�s Christian Temperance Union meets in Indy

indystar.com — Hot to not trot! They didn't go away; they just went to Indianapolis! They met at the Adam's Mark Hotel, just a quick hop up the "National Road" to the Bourbon Street Distillery. The WCTU led the successful campaign to pass the Eighteenth Amendment--apparently failing to get the memo just 13 years later saying that it had been repealed.
