If we do not learn to talk with each other, to find our common ground, then this is the alternative. It is co-operate, or fight one another. Those are the only choices, when we get this separated. How do we ever expect to solve our differences with the outside world, if we cannot do so among ourselves here at home ?

Why is it that Caucasians are the only race not allowed to cry racist? That is hypocritical bigotry in my book.
RE: AlwaysAwake's statement on our fragmented society, I agree. It was not that long ago when we were "Americans" not Hyphenated Americans ie.. African-American, Hispanic-American, Chinese-American,etc... Until we can become "Americans" again this problem will not go away.
