The Republican party calls you unpatriotic or a communist for wanting to feed the poor instead of paying for war and corporate welfare. They do all this evil while misusing the name of God. I'm not at all surprised that he and his demonic ilk deny global warming so they can continue to line their pockets. You have to be a mentally challenged, idiot to not believe in global warming or at least believing in erring on the side of caution.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Very well put, now we just need to figure out how we can make a difference. More states are putting caps on emission without a federal mandate at all. This is a good start but we still need to do a lot more. I think we need to look to place like Germany, Japan and even California for leadership in the fight on climate change. They already are working on developing alternative energies and correcting their "addiction to oil". Too bad our federal government is just a bunch of oil puppets... they need to put in major tax benefits for those deveolping and using alternative fuels and energy for starters, but I just don't see it happening any time soon.
