You cannot register to vote at either address, but you must register to vote where you live permanently. In most cases that would be the address linked to in your student loans or Selective Service registration, where you will be moving back to when your college years are over. You did register with Selective Service, right? If not, by law, you cannot vote. One Felony already! Don't make it two.
