You should see what he would do for a Klondike bar!!! - diggeradoo, on 04/05/2008, -7/+22... or promise to do? And what of InfoUSA and Quellos?
- cygnus2112, on 04/05/2008, -2/+15Wackos are wackos, regardless of what political ideologies they prefer to adhere to.
- elcidcannon, on 04/05/2008, -1/+14how do you round 14.4 up to 15?
- sulthernao, on 04/05/2008, -8/+19Left wing wackos are hell of a lot more sane than right wing wackos.
- SpinningHead, on 04/05/2008, -3/+11Yes, our intolerance of corruption is just un-American.
- Devaney, on 04/05/2008, -4/+11This money is no secret to anyone, I've seen MSM coverage of the millions Clinton was making off this deal for the past several years. I would vote for Obama over Hillary any day of the week, but do we really need to drag President Clinton through the mud for making money after his term ended? BFD
- thcobbs, on 04/05/2008, -0/+7Jezus people.... I don't trust the guy as far as I can throw him..... but what the ***** does his middle name(which he had no choice in) have to do with his candidacy?
You only make people on the right look biased, belligerent and just ***** STUPID! Stop with that inane ***** and focus on the MAN and what he has/hasn't done... not a ***** NAME! - clkou, on 04/05/2008, -11/+17Why is everyone all over the Clinton's junk? McCain hasn't released his tax returns in 26 years. No one says jack about Obama. Can't talk about issues, well, throw dirt instead. Pathetic.
- cygnus2112, on 04/05/2008, -5/+11They've just moved on from the rabid and demented Bush hatred. However, it won't last long. Next up: John McCain.
- lgm1213, on 04/05/2008, -1/+6has it been or are you just hoping
- inactive, on 04/05/2008, -18/+23The Clintons will do anything to try to get in the White House.
Anything. - BossKey, on 04/05/2008, -7/+12He was Client 10
- MisterFreeze, on 04/05/2008, -10/+14I guess I'll never be rich enough to sodomize an ex-president. I guess I should just cross it off my bucket list right now.
- lgm1213, on 04/06/2008, -0/+3Of course, this is Digg and only people like Obama are innocent
- kidcodea, on 04/05/2008, -0/+3i see colbert taught u well, how about some credit?
- Sizzor, on 04/05/2008, -0/+3More like what did Ron Burkle's daughter do?
- thcobbs, on 04/05/2008, -1/+4If its something to do with a cigar.... I don't want to know about it.
- thcobbs, on 04/05/2008, -3/+5Journalists ARE NOT an extension of the executive and judicial branches... sure, sometimes they uncover illegal dealings, but their job is to report NEWS, not investigate possible wrong-doings and prosecute them.
- thcobbs, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2Or how about you just SHUT THE HELL UP?
- OrangeCrush, on 04/05/2008, -2/+4No. Especially because the Huffington Post has only been around since May of 2005, years after the Clinton presidency and major scandals broke.
- laserblazer, on 04/05/2008, -2/+4McCain hasn't released his tax returns in 26 years?? I hadn't heard a peep, even during all the buzz about Clinton's tax filing. Wow.
- atticus8, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2Wait, his middle name is Hussein? That's just like that leader of that country we invaded because it attacked us on 9/11! So you're telling me that one of the guys who could be our president has the same name as the mastermind plotter of the 9/11 attacks who was making all those weapons of mass destruction we found? That's almost makes him, like, an accomplice.
Thank you so much for pointing this out to me, adrock. I was going to vote for Obama because I liked some of his ideas but now that I see he is named the same as an anti-American terrorist I will vote for John McCain..... unless it turns out that his full name is John BIN LADEN McCain. That I simply will not tolerate. It would be too dangerous to elect someone with a name like that.
The name thing IS important, but I think the American people should use an even more important qualification before choosing who to vote for: ask yourself "Who would I rather have a beer with?" The answer to this question determines if the person will be a good president, and thus I think it should be the Official Standard. - inactive, on 04/05/2008, -2/+4Holy *****! His middle name is Hussein? I wonder if he's a Muslim too.
- cygnus2112, on 04/05/2008, -3/+5If it's illegal? Yes.
- acid0426, on 04/05/2008, -6/+8He probably let Burkle be his wingman and took him out for Shirley Temples and Soccer Mom night.
- jerryparid, on 04/05/2008, -9/+11Na, Huffingtonpost is the liberal online news source that protects the righteous. Bill Clinton used to be the face of the Democratic Party. Now, he is just a pawn in the Clinton Dynasty, willing to do anything to win.
- jaytek13, on 04/05/2008, -8/+10People are really trying to make something out of this. Sorry it is so disappointing for all the Obama supporters that the tax records show absolutely no misdeeds, but that's no reason to make things up.
- tolbs, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2I think the joke is that he was Client 1 through 8 :)
- SpinningHead, on 04/06/2008, -0/+2You mean the single deal where he increased the size of his lawn by purchasing some land owned by a dubious character? Nope. We wanted answers on that and we got them. It certainly pales to what the other 2 candidates has been involved with. I also never stood up for William Jefferson after they found bundles of cash in his freezer and I didnt vote to reelect Bill after his funding boost to the Columbian military and his anti-terrorism bill. True liberals see these people as employees, not patriarchs.
- Endomorphic, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2This is nothing... you should see how much Steve Urkel gave him!
- thcobbs, on 04/05/2008, -1/+3No, douchebag is not his middle name..... but it is his salutation.
- MasteRR, on 04/06/2008, -0/+2Don't represent me.
- lgm1213, on 04/05/2008, -1/+3we'll they haven't found anything yet, how much more transparency do you want. Maybe they should have their own reality show so that way you can see everything they do all day , remember this is America, you are innocent until proven guilty, or you would rather give your verdict before the evidence is shown
- mal1964, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2Yep.
- Look4Truth, on 04/06/2008, -0/+2Maybe if the American sheeple would ask this question to ALL of our *cough* "leaders" we might have a decent country to live in that wasn't falling apart.
- thcobbs, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2Because afterwards, spoogie took it up the ass.... I mean if a former president sucks dick for money, what's an average guy gotta do for it?
- pharmakon, on 04/06/2008, -0/+2Dear Everyone:
We don't need another "BJ, "Anal" or similar unfunny post related to Monica Lewinsky. Everyone else already thought of funnier comebacks in their head.
Sincerely,
Everybody Else - elfster, on 04/06/2008, -1/+2Not a Hillary fan either. But, I'm finding the scrutiny of the Clinton's income comical.
To us the working class chumps, making 101 Million as a combined couple income the past 8 years looks like a huge chunk of change. But in the grand scheme of income on the global level it is chump change and nothing notable .
Heck we have film stars that are paid 14-20 million to simply star in a single film. - inactive, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1Lottery friend; you gotta to be in it to win it.
I think that's referring to the lottery. - cheezintern, on 04/05/2008, -2/+3absolutely, why can't you just drink the punch like everyone else?
- clickmyface, on 04/05/2008, -1/+2And there exists my problem with the Obama camp. You think it's illegal, you think it's sinister, you think Hillary and Bill Clinton are the anti-christ. Without any sound reasoning at all. Just articles like this, that actually say nothing at all.
They really, truly are not the anti-christ. Obama knows it, he knows it well. He knows what an extraordinary leader Bill is, and he knows that Hillary has a deep running passion for helping change a country given how hard she tried with healthcare as a first lady when she never had to. People don't understand how ballsy and how bold she was for doing that. - inactive, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1Yes, but Obama and McCain are moral pillars of integrity. /s
- clickmyface, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1Its sketchy because the media makes it sketchy. Notice you don't see any investigative journalism about these. Want to know why? Because nobody is going to get a pulitzer because there likely is no story here. Thus all the Obama folks can do is link is to editorials, blogs, and commentaries that ask questions and provide no answers.
Its disgusting. I don't believe Obama is uniting the party or the nation because stuff like this would not be happening. - thcobbs, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1no, its more like "replying to your own reply to your own post" = SHUT THE HELL UP
- JulyZerg, on 04/05/2008, -0/+1That's where I saw that! Thanks. If I had remembered, I would have posted it.
- fluxion, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1it's one thing to ignore the evidence to go after someone, but politicians arent in the habit of volunteering possibly detrimental information. media should probe such items, and the people should scrutinize the people who they'll be voting for.
it's like obama getting railed for the Wright thing. i think it went WAY too far, and people completely disregarded the response he issued soon thereafter, but i dont blame the media for initially bringing up the issue to press a response. people have a right to now where a candidates real allegiances lie.
i dont find this line of probing wrong, though i dont like how the questions remain in the spotlight in lieu of answers sometimes. - Magee1205, on 04/06/2008, -1/+2I guess the term, " innocent until proven guilty" only applies to the people they like...
- lgm1213, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1So true, and also so very sad for my empty wallet :(
- Demq, on 04/05/2008, -0/+1ehmm he consulted the organization.. that's it.
