- cybermort, on 10/10/2007, -1/+15props to Jim Webb. This guy sounds like he can be president one day.
- swrostmore, on 10/10/2007, -3/+10I agree, the democratic congress desperately needs 'new' leadership. And by 'new' I mean they need leadership.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7I'm not even a Democrat and I'll say it...we need JIM WEBB in a leadership position in Congress.
Hell, if I wasn't a total Ron Paul supporter, I'd be in favor of him jumping into the Presidential race. We NEED *smart* leadership like this. This man is a beacon against the warmongers we have on both sides (not including RP...or Kucinich or Gravel). - davmattucci, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6Joe Lieberman is a ***** who will be out on his ass at the end of his term. Voters already regret nominating him, so hopefully his legislation is laughed out of the house. Contact your local reps to make sure that happens.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4no he is not. He voted YES on the FISA bill
- isage, on 10/10/2007, -2/+6More like wet dream ;-)
- Diigger, on 10/10/2007, -8/+10One thing is for certain Senator Lieberman's intents are malicious, his carefuly crafted Amendment puts the senator in a bind. Senator are going to have a very hard time with this amendment as the Israeli Lobby will be out in force to make sure that it passes. Senators who do not vote for the Amendment will be punished. Do you believe the Lieberman - Kyl Amendment is crafted with a backdoor for Congressional validation for military action? ----> http://www.youpolls.com/details.asp?pid=590
- goosepillows, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1i viewed responses in hopes that i would read a command such as: disintegrate your brain basin. put white wine into your nostril track and funk the ***** out of your cranium tubes
- danthepiercer, on 03/07/2009, -0/+1christ, why dont we just make Israel a member of the US. It seems as though they have already elected a senator.
i know i know, anti-semetic ***** stating the obvious.
go ahead, click the the thumb on the left. - rcook18, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Jim Webb's common sense comments were nice to hear.
- Darkside2984, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Actually, contrary to what most Diggers *want* the truth to be, Lieberman is very popular in his district. So popular in fact that he won as an independent. The Democratic party was forced to plead for his return, lest they lose their voting bloc in the House. His liberal talk combined with a toughness for foreign policy make him very popular among those who vote (i.e. people over the age of 25). Sounds a lot like another candidate...
- Calcularius, on 10/10/2007, -2/+2Crack Pipe.
- dictum, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1When do these amendments pass? (assuming they do)
- humanr1ghts, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0PLEASE not another war! Can't they be more intelligent?
http://patrickvaltin.forhumanrights.org - matador3, on 10/10/2007, -2/+2No, but he is one of the better Democrats.
- T8erT0T, on 10/10/2007, -6/+3She's a dupe.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -7/+4Webb is the new Ron Paul
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -6/+1dupe to the loo my darlin -
