- curraheeswoman, on 11/18/2008, -0/+1My great-great grandmother was a full-blooded Cherokee who grew pot between the rows of corn in her garden.She always had her corncob pipe in her hand and laughed and laughed.I loved her for her laugh and gentleness.Her epitaph read,"remember me with smiles and laughter,if you remember me with tears,then you do not remember me".I have always said that if the government was smart,it would legalize marijuana and tax it like alcohol or cigarettes.There would be no national debt,there would be less crime and cruelty, and we would all be happier and healthier.My grandmother was called "curraheeswoman",which is Cherokee for "stands alone" woman.I am proud to adopt her name and to pass the pipe.PEACE
