Henry Waxman (D-CA), the State Department is refusing to let Simon Dodge, an analyst who determined in 2002 that evidence of Iraq attempting to purchase uranium from Niger was fraudulent, speak to Waxman’s staff, despite the fact that Dodge has indicated he is "willing to cooperate fully" with the investigation.
