- zelduh, on 07/15/2008, -0/+1First, the cartoon did not belong on the cover of the magazine; it belonged in the back pages, where the caption showed clearly.
Second, it was not "satire" because satire requires a grain of truth, which is then blown out of proportion. Since there is no truth in it, the cover is just a crass, insulting, ignorant, obnoxious cover - and the publisher SHOULD NOT get away with using the slim excuse that it is satire.
