- shupy, on 06/14/2009, -19/+661Bill is pathetic. More pathetic is that he has a show.
When they were trying to convict Tiller, the papers in Kansas printed every case of abortion he handled. Not a single one involved a child that had any chance of survival in late term. The cases where he performed abortions on young rape victims, the pregnancy had passed the three month point but had not reached the five month point. He performed many procedures for free when girls of 9 or 10 had been raped. He also performed procedures when infants died in the womb, had no brain in their skull, or had no liver or heart. Conventional physicians will frequently not perform the abortion in those cases dead until the woman has carried it for full term because they fear being targeted like Tiller was. What kind of doctor forces a woman to carry a dead baby for nine months?
Obviously the kind Bill O'Reilly approves of. - inactive, on 06/14/2009, -29/+410Joan Walsh to Billy Boy:
And you routinely attack, you routinely attack, people on the left, Janeane Garofalo, Michael Moore, who you think their rhetoric leads potentially to acts of violence. It never has led to one act of violence. But you've already driven that crazy guy in Knoxville last year who read your writings and then went and shot up a church and shot liberals, that's already happened once, and you don't feel any responsibility at all, now that it's happened a second time, Bill? Talk about blood on your hands. - MangalaIII, on 06/14/2009, -33/+264I don't understand why she didn't bring up hate speech. It IS illegal if your speech incites violence. Plain and simple, Bill O'Reilly is the leader of a cult that murders people.
- 16x9, on 06/14/2009, -7/+206I agree. But sadly, there are a lot of people who will listen to this interview and come away with exactly the opposite opinion.
My brother-in-law is one of those guys who thinks that every word that pours from the pie-holes of Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck is the 100% unvarnished truth. And I fear that my sister's husband is somewhat representative of many of those who are true believers.
My Brother-in-law's not really a stupid guy. He has a high school education and is literate. But he's one of those people who thinks he knows more about any given subject than the "so called experts" (just try to discuss evolution with him -- it'll give you a headache). He's angry at immigrants; no matter how many times he's been burned there's always the next bit of financial chicanery (a.k.a., pyramid scheme) that's going to make him a bundle; and when the IRS eventually catches up with him (He hasn't paid taxes in years because the federal government is in cahoots with Satan) he's going to lose everything he owns. Oh, but he believes that the IRS is no problem for him because he bought a book that tells him about some secret law that he can use to prevent the IRS from doing anything to him.
My point is that we like to minimize people like my brother-in-law by pretending they are easy to spot -- they'll drive an old pickup with a gun rack, use the word "gumment" instead of "government" and be named Cletus -- the truth is that they're everywhere. They're not so easy to pick out of a crowds and they are getting angrier every day.
I think we've got a problem and people like Mr. O'Reilly are making it worse. - Bizdoggie, on 06/14/2009, -10/+194That's not much of a smack. I watched hoping to see Billo eat some crow. The conversation ended simply because time ran out on the segment, and with the creep smirking as usual. He's so vile it just left me in a bad mood. Why does anyone agree to be a guest on his show? It's like trying to carry on a reasoned debate with Charles Manson.
- xXM3talHeadXx, on 06/15/2009, -12/+175***** Bill O'Reily
- inactive, on 06/15/2009, -2/+135being literate and having a high school eduction doesn't mean you aren't a moron.
- MrZaiko, on 06/14/2009, -20/+138Damn that made my day. Talk about blood on your hands.... *****
- ironhide, on 06/15/2009, -2/+98Does your brother-in-law post on Digg? He sounds familiar.....

- inactive, on 06/15/2009, -1/+90Tell me, does it hurt to be that stupid?
- sindex, on 06/15/2009, -3/+89If your brother-in-law really believes and does and says the things you say he believes and does and says, then I hate to tell you, but your brother-in-law *is* stupid.
- nosecohn, on 06/15/2009, -6/+91I don't understand how/why anyone watches Bill O'Reilly. He comes across as an awful human being.
- danillum, on 06/15/2009, -6/+86Dude...really?
- SpruceCaboose, on 06/15/2009, -4/+80I don't care who the president is. I will continue to despise the arrogant asshat that is O'Reilly.
- inactive, on 06/14/2009, -28/+90Isn't Bill O'lielly the guy who likes to shove things up his @ss while promoting "Children's" books?!
its very difficult to take this guy seriously.
I mean, who is the one who got caught rodgering himself in the butt with a dildo? Whenever I see this guy now an image appears of O'Reilly with his legs kicked up over his head pounding his keester with a "Mandingo Model 12"
I don't even remember what he said before I turned the channel.

- nosecohn, on 06/15/2009, -2/+59There's a difference between being stupid and being easily manipulated. Your brother-in-law sounds like the latter. Some people are very impressionable. If you yell your positions at them with fortitude and conviction, hype up some unseen threat, and tell them that their lack of achievement can be blamed on someone else, they'll basically eat up every word of it. This formula has been an effective way to manipulate the masses throughout history.

- Hetman, on 06/15/2009, -1/+55So the people that want our soldiers to be out of Iraq and therefor at of harms way are responsible for 4k dead soldiers?
- LimeParrot, on 06/15/2009, -5/+55O'Reilly - "IT'S NOT A MATTER OF FACTS"
//LOST HOPE IN HUMANITY - DangerCollie, on 06/15/2009, -11/+60Time to draw the line on the 24 hour hate speech network. Even some of the Fox anchors are saying enough is enough. If we don't move to squash this element of society, it's going to be like an antibiotic resistant staph infection. It'll just keep coming back. We have to demonstrate...as a country....that hate speech, labeling people as murders because they perform a procedure you personally dislike, or degrading someone because they're from a different culture is not okay.
People like Billo will go anywhere the rest of us aren't willing to follow. He's already demonstrated he can win by bullying, mud slinging, and name calling. If they can win with violence, they'll go there too. They've already demonstrated that as well. The interesting question is what are you going to do about it? Not us a country, you. - naner, on 06/15/2009, -6/+53If that's the case, I'd love to see the sources of your accusations.
- amdahlj, on 06/15/2009, -5/+49It is only illegal if your speech ASKS for violence. ANY speech could potentially INCITE violence. The only issues here are that Bill O holds idiotic viewpoints and refuses to hold himself to the same idiotic standards to which he holds others.
- xerocorrupt, on 06/15/2009, -1/+43Someone please explain this to me:
Conservatives generally stand for a maximum degree of individual rights, correct? They want smaller government and government that doesn't interfere with the way people want to live their life, right? I don't think these are questionable characteristics, but rather are common knowledge for anyone that follows politics.
So, WHY are they so adament about GOVERNMENT inserting itself into an INDIVIDUAL'S right to choose what they want to do with their pregnancy? Same with gay marriage, WHY do they want government to stay out of people's business, but not when it runs against the interests of the right wing religious zealots who have their party in a stranglehold in Washington?
????????? - orlandogeek, on 06/15/2009, -7/+48There is no source for these accusations save for Jaguwar's personal beliefs. No source and no proof.
- delihound, on 06/15/2009, -6/+47I don't want O'Reilly silenced, I just wish people would stop listening.
- Hetman, on 06/15/2009, -2/+41That guy was a muslim he was angry about muslims being killed in the middle east. How exactly is that leftist? He used his religion to justify murder just like tillers killer did.
- Logicexe, on 06/15/2009, -2/+41"Dr. Tiller would still be alive if only he had only stopped performing late-term abortions"
And those 4000 soldiers would still be alive if we had listened to the anti-war protesters and stayed out of Iraq.
Seriously, does it hurt to be that stupid? - Solkre, on 06/15/2009, -2/+38What's the name of this book?
- whatthefu, on 06/15/2009, -19/+53That was dumb. Nothing meaningful was said on either side, and Bill got all huffy and flashed his ego like an idiot.
- pintomp3, on 06/15/2009, -1/+34Who has blood on their hands? The ones who support sending them into a battlefield or the ones who want the soldiers home with their families?
- Depthfunction, on 06/15/2009, -2/+34I think that pretty much sums up EVERY episode of The O'Reilly Factor.
- dforty3, on 06/15/2009, -1/+28But once you're born, your'e on your own.
- vapn420, on 06/15/2009, -12/+38Attacking the right? How delusional are you? This isn't about your ridiculous conservative values because no one cares anymore what the minority thinks. This is about Bill O'Reilly inciting violence against people just so he can get some more ratings. If we can claim Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as the driving force behind the civil rights movement, then we can claim Bill O'Reilly as the driving force behind violence against liberals-minded contributers to society. I think it's time the conservatives took a step back and evaluated exactly what the ***** they are doing in this country, because killing doctors in the name of god isn't going to fly anymore.
- ironhide, on 06/15/2009, -2/+28"Dr. Tiller would still be alive if only he had only stopped performing late-term abortions. "
Clarify something for me Bohica, that sounds an awful lot like you are defending his murder. - flashback99, on 06/15/2009, -15/+40O'Reilly you are Finished. Someone get this retarded clown off the ***** camera. Its 2009 for ***** sake.
- ironhide, on 06/15/2009, -1/+26Bohica, we understood it just fine, we just thought it was stupid and enjoyed poking holes in it.
- gordigor, on 06/15/2009, -0/+25I don't support Billy either but your argument is flawed. Just because someone gets pleasure from having something shoved up their ass doesn't disqualify them from promoting 'Children's Books'.
That's an argument I would expect from a Right Wing wacko.
And yes, some people, women included, enjoy anal sex. - theaceoffire, on 06/15/2009, -5/+30@Willtheway
^_^ That is like going to the desert for a swim. - spish, on 06/15/2009, -11/+35why is it always men who decide what is right/wrong for a woman? holy *****.
- marmotjmarmot, on 06/15/2009, -9/+33Being loud does not make you right, Bill-o.
- Hetman, on 06/15/2009, -2/+26That movie was made by a canadian. What does that have to do with the states?
- Petes256, on 06/16/2009, -2/+25You're thinking of classic conservatism, which is nothing like the conservatism we see today.
The closest ideology to what you're thinking of is libertarianism. - ElJif, on 06/15/2009, -4/+26I think it's remarkable that anyone has the balls/ovaries to go on this guy's show, not because he is a formidable man of words but because it seems he is such a difficult person with whom to have a rational conversation. People like Joan Walsh put up with him just to be able to say ONE thing that might reach ONE person who listens to Mr. O'Reilly.
- inactive, on 06/15/2009, -2/+24i'm guessing at that level of stupid, it does.
- Ryokuchaa, on 06/15/2009, -2/+24Wait, even Cheney has now admitted basically everything that Olbermann brought up is true. There were no WMD, there was no connection to 9/11 and Saddam, no links to Al-Qaeda. So Olbermann was right, and that makes the people who believe him as psychopaths?
Did anyone ever even attempt to shoot Bush? I don't think so. Well maybe a shoe. Why, because no matter how much Bush did wrong "crazy left-wing psychopaths" don't seem to feel the need to use violence to force their will and ideals on people. I can't really say the same for those whom would listen and take Bill O'Reilly at his word.
A doctor preforms legal abortions, no matter how much you may be against them, calling the doctor a baby killer and saying how vile and how he kills just for the money. Points out where the doctor practices, names him by name, talks about him 42 different times, already two other attacks on his clinic. Then on top of it does not condemn the attacks on the doctor on both times prior to the assassination. And then says the doctor had what was coming to him on being killed?
Who exactly are the psychopaths again? - inactive, on 06/15/2009, -1/+22Your logic defies logic. You lose at the internet.
- musicbear, on 06/15/2009, -4/+25Because he's a fictional character on TV looking to drive ratings. He doesn't have to do or say anything factual or moral. That's missing the point entirely. That's why people need to shut off Fox and stop posting their stuff everywhere. Bill O' and Rush get free ad space nearly every night on Keith Olbermann. Their marketing department must sit back everyday and go, "Mission Accomplished!"
- Jsmuli2, on 06/15/2009, -6/+27"Like it or not libs, Fox and O' are top rated over CNN and MSNBC etc. "
so that makes it ok for them to use hate speech and promote anger and violence towards people following the law?
So, yeah, Fox and Bill-0 have high ratings, over everyone else, that doesn't mean that everyone who listens agrees and that doesn't make them any less evil. Don't get me wrong, all network news channels are full of *****, but I know that Fox and ***** are the worst of their kind. Yeah, I disagree with 3rd trimester abortions, but just because I disagree doesn't mean those doctors should be killed. I mean seriously, how barbaric are we?
Oh, wait, abortion is a NO NO but getting 4000 of our troops killed over a lie is OK. Wake up *****!
I'll stick with Stewart and Colbert, the only two people who actually make any sense. BTW, I am a republican, not the kind you hear about in the news. -
