    These people (the pentagon) have no integrity whatsoever.

  • 140Suffolk, on 08/07/2008, -0/+2There isn't any doubt that he committed the acts he was accused of, is there? He was bin Laden's bodyguard. He was caught with two live missiles hidden in an unmarked vehicle.
    On that act alone, under Article 4 of the Geneva Convention he is specifically NOT entitled to any protection. We had the legal right to summarily execute him after a short hearing. So what's with the complaints?

Or are you folks saying the tank driver is not a soldier because he cannot "strategize" as well as the tank commander? What about people driving Generals around on jeeps? Because they're drivers they're not soldiers?
