- RockstarSEO, on 02/04/2008, -3/+12Keep up the positive attitude. What kind of coward vandalizes regular people's vehicles because of who they are voting for?
- MikeZer0, on 02/04/2008, -3/+7Are you nuts? I don't have time to be making crap up. I have a life to live and the punks who slashed my tires aren't American at all if this is how they show it. Vote for whoever you want, that's what America is all about Freedom right?
Mike Z - Minarchian, on 02/04/2008, -3/+7Probably a neo-con scumbag
- Minarchian, on 02/04/2008, -4/+8It goes to show that the opposition doesn't have an argument.
If Paul wasn't a threat they wouldn't be doing this crap.
Keep the fight going...they're on the run! - chiefsonic, on 02/04/2008, -3/+7Just plain Ignorant! Sorry bro, they'll get what's coming to em!
- card51short, on 02/04/2008, -3/+6because that would be a conspiracy theory...events always happen exactly how they are presented.
Stop being such a nut, Herky...you know better than to believe in some sort of nutty conspiracy. - ExplosivesWTC, on 02/04/2008, -4/+7The scum that did this won't win.
- MikeZer0, on 02/04/2008, -5/+8The only reason I can think this happened to me is because I had a Ron Paul sticker on my truck. I am not making this up for any reason, this whole thing cost me my whole day, my Superbowl get together, 302.78 for new tires. I don't care what anyone else does, I don't care who you vote for. It is your right to choose for yourself. Mike Z
- artemus, on 02/05/2008, -0/+2Grow up. Seriously.
- MikeZer0, on 02/04/2008, -6/+8Please post this, digg this and let everyone you know about this video.
- yacks, on 02/07/2008, -0/+1Maybe the perpentrator was a cowardly Digg user who was tired of hearing about Ron Paul in articles relating to the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow..
or it could have been an totally unrelated jerk and thought it would be funny to slash your tires and blame it on your support for Ron Paul knowing how riled up you would get?
or.. step 1: someone leaves the note on your car.. Step 2: someone totally unrelated to the first person slashes your tires..
Plenty of reasonable explanations, pick one.
but it's nice to see that people are helping you out with your tires.. - amy31415, on 02/04/2008, -2/+3So why is it so unreasonable to think that the people/person who did this falls into category 2? I honestly don't know any supporters who would do something like this.
We do have some idiots on the forums, but who doesn't when it comes to the 'net? - inactive, on 02/05/2008, -4/+4Again...*****. Show a police report. Otherwise, it is obvious you did it yourself you fat *****. You could use the exercise anyway.
- avth76, on 02/05/2008, -2/+2this is like the ***** who were vandalizing the cars that had Rush Limbaugh stickers on them. Rush is a neocon scumbag, but NO ONE has the right to wantonly vandalize personal property.
what trips me out though is the people who are against Ron Paul. *LMAO* you idiots don't realize that if *I'M* free, *YOU* will be free too!! His platform is a libertarian platform. keep government out of our personal affairs. I can't believe (or maybe i can believe it) that you would want government to micromanage your lives! you guys get pissed off if your gf or bf calls you too many times a day! but you're willing to welcome a large, unregulated government to control you? keep drinking the fluoridated water, you'll need to be braindead in order to live with what you're facilitating. - theblueprint, on 02/04/2008, -5/+5I'm not accusing you of lying, nor am I excusing the bad behavior of those who slashed your tires. Attacking a man's car is some cowardly *****, regardless of the reasoning.
That said, people aware of Ron Paul fall into two camps: (1) supporters and (2) those who want his supporters to shut the ***** up. To those who don't like Paul's platform, his supporters incessant and intentional attention-grabbing stunts and/or classless behavior have caused many people to virulently despise Paul & Co.
Be honest with yourself. Despite your good intentions, could your ardent support have rubbed some people the wrong way? I doubt that in a country of general political apathy that this would be a random "anti-Paul attack". - inactive, on 02/05/2008, -4/+3You are a RonPaulian...trying to bluff like you life is SO gret that you don't have time to waste it kind of goes out the window when you reveal that you are a ronpaulian.
You certainly make time for dessert every night. And you obviously don't have to worry about making time for sex. - theblueprint, on 02/04/2008, -9/+6I'm going to operate under the assumption that the man in the video is telling the truth in that both (a) his truck was vandalized, and (b) the note was left at the scene.
If he's anything like the Paulestinians that frequent Digg, this guy has intentionally made a huge ass of himself in promoting Paul, and has repeatedly forced Paul down the throats of those who've made it clear they're unreceptive to Paul and his platform. It's "blowback" for being a self-entitled douchebag.
I'm willing to believe his story, but I'm unwilling to believe that it was unprovoked. - inactive, on 02/04/2008, -12/+6And again, we're supposed to believe what he's telling us just because he's a Ronbot? How do we know that his truck was vandalized just because he's a Ron Paul supporter? How do we know that he didn't write the note himself to make this in to a political action instead of just another petty crime? Considering how truth-challenged the Ronbots are, I'd have to have more proof than just his word.
