huffingtonpost.com — Yesterday scrubbed footage, from a 2005 "anointing" of then-Alaska gubernatorial contender Sarah Palin, resurfaced. It showed Kenyan minister Thomas Muthee praying over and blessing Sarah Palin and calling on Christians to "infiltrate" the business, government, education and media sectors.
