The US already has the largest prison population in the world, land of the free my ass. Yes I see the plan. Keep our troops, our national guard overseas, decimate our forces so Bush's private army Blackwater Security can round up the dissenters and heard them into FEMA camps without resistance by our troops. It doesn't make any new laws just puts a commission together to study the problem and orders them to make out a report. It forces DHS to review and report on any constitutional issues and directs this new wing of the justice department to follow all current laws and to disregard race and religion. So read it first then call if you do not agree by all means call your representative!
