U.S. Has Third World Quality Broadband

blog.ibd.com — Many non-rural areas in the United States are without broadband. And areas that do have it are running at third-world speeds. We're not even in the top 10 of worldwide speed tests. We need to start treating our telecom physical plants (rights of way, conduit, dark fiber, utility poles and physical meet points) like we do roads, water and sewers.
