Don't be a moron. The Nazis killed millions during WW2, but it wasn't all part of a "Holocaust". Civilians die in war, and those deaths are accounted for when talking of WW2. No one is suggesting that Hitler didn't kill millions of innocent Russian civilians. But the Holocaust was entirely separate from the war itself. It was a ethnic cleansing that had nothing to do with the war itself. That's why it gets special attention.
And I'm all for people mentioning that it wasn't just Jews who were killed in the Holocaust. It was gays and gypsies and the disables and Jehovas Witnesses and Poles and many others. But of the roughly 10M people who died in the Holocause, 6M were Jews. And considering that there were just about 9M Jews in all of Europe at the time, it's that much more significant.

Again, the difference is WHY these people were killed. The Germans killed Russians because they were at war with them, same as the Japanese killed Chinese. It's not pretty, but that's the way wars are generally fought between nations.
But to round up Jews (or any others "inferior" groups they put in concentration camps) was not an act of war. They rounded up *German* civilians into ghettos and eventually concentration camps. They wiped out the Jewish population for no material reason. Jews weren't their enemy on the battlefield. Completely different from being from an enemy nation.

Yes civilian casualties of war are still casualties of war. I don't see what's so hard for you to understand about that? They were killed because their country was at war with Germany. It is a vile act, yet still part of the war itself.
The Holocaust was not wart of the war itself. It was a genocide. Some killed in the Holocaust were German citizens. Others were citizens of Axis nations. Others were citizens of nations who were under the control of Germany but not actively involved in war.
And as far as Poland is concerned, both Polish Jews and non-Jews were killed in the Holocaust after they had been conquered (which happened within just weeks, BTW). I have no idea how many Jews were in the Polish army. I have no idea if Jews were even allowed to join their army. But I do know that, like in much of Eastern Europe, Jews were considered 2nd class citizens in Poland and were discriminated against so it's likely they weren't allowed in the military. But can tell you that Jews did fight the Nazis in 1943 during the Warsaw Ghetto uprising. Prior to that, they probably had no clue as to what their fate would be after they were rounded up by the Nazis. If not for a strong military, Israel would have been "pushed into the sea" which was the stated goal of all of their Arab neighbors since Israel's founding. I don't totally support their military's actions against Palestinians sometimes, but Israel's military strength is the only reason they are still on the map.
As for Jews not blowing stuff up, every rule has it's exceptions. They did have their own terror attacks to drive out the British so they could claim Israel as their own. Hell, a Jewish extremist group even assassinated their own Prime Minister during the 1990's. But the point is that's nothing compared to terror attacks that have been caused by various Muslims over the last decade alone.
