Tyrone Brown Free After Serving 17 Years of Life Sentence
cannabisculture.com — Brown was 17, poor and had no criminal record when Judge Keith Dean initially put him on probation in 1990, for taking part in an armed robbery in which no one was hurt. He was released on probation, when he failed one drug test. This made a judge decide to throw him in jail for life. He is finally free, after being pardoned by the gov of Texas.
