- edcrosay, on 12/08/2007, -12/+184That was the most positive story in the MSM about Dr. Paul I have seen.
Tucker out and professed his love for the man. The tide is turning. They will soon all be in our camp, and America will win. - Ghoztt, on 12/08/2007, -6/+137Yes. We're from the left. We're from the right. Some of us are even in the middle.
But we're all absolutely FED UP with the current state of our Government! RON PAUL '08! - Tyrghast, on 12/08/2007, -5/+114I'm just tired of voting ron paul and having the automated response be "Thank you for voting for Mike Huckabee!"
- kaelyiesta, on 12/08/2007, -6/+110I think 'plasticized' politicians was a gentle MSM term for the more accurate description of 'lying, criminal, corrupt and ***** evil' politicians. Sure we despise how managed these candidates are, but thats part of a larger issue. They do not have the peoples best interests in mind. They are simply not good people. They lie, cheat and steal and being plastic is just one result of that.
This is why I don't listen to tv news anymore. Even when they take a break from blowing those candidates, the bone they toss us is tiny. If all we despised was how 'plasticized' candidates were, you would not see this kind of support. No, the entire system is being crushed under the weight of corruption and even though MSM won't admit it, thats why there is so much support for guys like Ron Paul. - coolian, on 12/08/2007, -4/+87I was talking to a colleague the other day, and the conversation went something like this:
Me: This election's gonna be pretty interesting, eh?
She: Yup - I'm hoping for either Obama or Hillary to be President.
Me: Wtf? Clinton? Why?
She: Well, we need a change, a refreshing change. It'll do good for the country to have a woman at the helm.
Me: THAT's why you want to vote for her, because she's a woman? She's a *****, is what she is. What about Ron Paul?
She: Who?
Me: RON PAUL (you DUMB bitch!!!!)
She: Who is that?
This, my friends, is the SAD state of this country right now. And I live in DC. If these ***** in the capital of the nation are not even aware of the BEST candidate we have, then it looks like we're still not doing enough to get the word out. The media is still being a bitch, so PLEASE spread the word. Pass on emails, tickers, donate - do whatever you think is necessary to get this guy elected as the President.
Please. - msodrew, on 12/08/2007, -5/+86The internet wins again. Your move, real life.
- csb92376, on 12/08/2007, -9/+68Wow! FTW.
- borninda818, on 12/08/2007, -5/+50Believe what you want but when it comes vote day don't say "Ron Paul doesn't have a chance" and vote the lesser of two evils. Vote Ron Paul no matter what the news is saying.
- CNY4RonPaul, on 12/08/2007, -2/+39Did I hear this right? That lady compared Ron Paul Supporters to Oprah?
What planet is she living on? I am sure not a single Ron Paul supporter is as famous as her.
The main difference is Oprah is wasting her time campaigning for Obama,
Ron Paul supporters are most certainly not wasting their time!
Cheers to our next President, Ron Paul!! - shiftt, on 12/08/2007, -6/+42Tucker has been "professing his love" for RP for a fairly long time now. Apart from Tucker, the majority of the major media still does not endorse RP. Would I like RP to win? *****. But let's be realistic here, there's still a lot of work ahead.
- kettlechips, on 12/08/2007, -3/+39***** opera... Firefox 2008
- PunkRampant, on 12/08/2007, -1/+35Same thing happened with me, except my friend is a Republican and he was commenting on how "none of the Republicans" seem like decent candidates to him. I mentioned that I personally liked Ron Paul, and he replied, "I don't even know who that is."
The media truly does perpetuate a sense that there are only 3 candidates to choose from. And that's really sad. - Spamcan, on 12/08/2007, -14/+47Ron Paul is basically Oprah? It all makes sense now! Paul / Winfrey '08
- identifiedlogo, on 12/08/2007, -1/+33So tucker is for Ron Paul?
- jstanden, on 12/08/2007, -3/+34In that case on Maher, I believe Tucker was just using the polite form of "we" to mean "you guys". You have the quote completely out of context.
He voted for Paul in 1988: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tucker_Carlson#Libert ... - scubasteve377, on 12/08/2007, -2/+31Jack Cafferty (of CNN's Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer) seems to be a fan as well.
- inactive, on 12/08/2007, -3/+31Awesome. However, no one gives a flying ***** about Oprah.
- romistrub, on 12/08/2007, -5/+33Is 2Pac still alive?
http://members.aol.com/subseven/tupac.html - saraequalswin, on 12/08/2007, -8/+35Since you guys are so enthusiastic about Ron Paul, you better actually vote this time, you hippies.
- angrygalactus, on 12/08/2007, -3/+28I thought the LA Times hated Ron Paul. Nice to see positive comments from the LA Times chick.
- NtrmDscrptr, on 12/08/2007, -3/+27Woah - woah - WOAH!
Who else spotted "Hilary Rosen - Democratic Strategist", on that video??
So, after she quit as head of the RIAA, she started working for the democrats?
And what's she doing ... not ... lying?
My head is about to explode. - Dylson, on 12/08/2007, -10/+32Vote Ron Paul. PLEASE! VOTE RON PAUL! WE NEED HIM!
- mrASSMAN, on 12/08/2007, -1/+22Yes, Google is thrilled. Maybe they'll finally get some much needed name recognition!
Actually Google doesn't want their name being used as a verb.. they're in danger of losing their trademark if it becomes too common.
Anyway, I can confirm my hatred for Tucker has subsided a bit. He has been demonstrating that he isn't the man I thought he was, same as Scarborough. These former neocons are finally seeing the light. - Jessejb, on 12/08/2007, -1/+22Clinton a change? How does she think that? They were there for eight years, just seven years ago.
Do you realize that if she is "elected" that there is a possibility that we could go through 28 years with only have the name Clinton or Bush as president?
Not what the founding fathers wanted FOR SURE. - blaker00, on 12/08/2007, -7/+27***** opera... Ron paul 2008!
- ndnspongebob, on 12/08/2007, -4/+24they dont climb mt. everest because its easy
- diablo75, on 12/08/2007, -5/+22I think what Tucker may have meant by that statement was that he was tired of people simply saying they liked Ron Paul all the time, in the face of the low amount of support he was receiving at the time. It was actually a implicit call to arms. As if he was saying, "Stop pretending to like him. Support him by giving him money..." or something like that.
RP 2008! - inactive, on 12/08/2007, -2/+18is brodsky retarded?
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 12/08/2007, -3/+18Tucker has always been a Paul supporter.
- skippy17, on 12/08/2007, -4/+18You mean the poor and middle classes that are losing their jobs and foreclosing on their houses, all while being taxed 1/3 of their income? Your ignorance astounds me.
- kniwshmdcknit, on 12/08/2007, -6/+20Google is not happy about the use of "google" as a verb. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_(verb)
- DukeMojo, on 12/08/2007, -2/+15I'm from the south. :D
- inhaler, on 12/08/2007, -9/+22Tucker is still a dick with a useless opinion. Don't pat his back because he finally decided to mumble something half-intelligent for once.
- EvilSibe, on 12/08/2007, -1/+14VOTE RON PAUL YOU DUMB BITCH!!!
- kodax, on 12/08/2007, -1/+13He was basically saying that alot of the Paul suppoters did not really know what they were supporting...with the implication being he knew what he was supporting.
- inactive, on 12/08/2007, -1/+13Wow this is the most positive and pro Ron Paul discussion ive seen on TV yet... things are getting interesting..
- Figs, on 12/08/2007, -1/+13Because it's there.
Duh. - Jessejb, on 12/08/2007, -2/+13It was going so well... but when she compared it to Ross Perot, I think that was actually a statement that he won't really get anywhere.
Hopefully I'm wrong.
GO RON GO - DukeMojo, on 12/08/2007, -1/+12MSM to D12
- kamiten, on 12/08/2007, -1/+12The blimp is doing exactly what it was intended to do, raise awareness of Ron Paul. I had been wearing a Ron Paul 2008 button to work every day for the last three months, but I lost the button early last week. Just today someone came to me and said, "I saw you wearing that Ron Paul button all the time, but I didn't know who he was. They were just talking about some blimp on the news and now I now he's running for President!"
- mrASSMAN, on 12/08/2007, -1/+12I haven't watched TV news in years.. the only time I see television news reports is when a clip is uploaded to the internet like this and it catches my attention. I think the diverse nature of news on the internet is much more healthy than getting news from a single source -- such as Fox 'News'.
- AdamGeld, on 12/08/2007, -1/+12I'm not a hippy, but I am going to vote. I just got my voter card two days ago, actually.
- CthulhuDawn, on 12/08/2007, -3/+14I believe he was referring to Oprah's endorsement of Obama...
- rarson, on 12/08/2007, -2/+12When you such such ***** insane ideas as "nazi front," you don't even have to click the link to know it's not true.
- KennMac, on 12/08/2007, -4/+14I give credit where credit is due, despite his reputation.
- fbmdeth, on 12/08/2007, -2/+12So Tucker agrees with Ron Paul...I believe this is the 1st time I've agreed with him.
- VanD, on 12/08/2007, -5/+15HELLO - Media promoting Ron Paul!!!!
- CNY4RonPaul, on 12/08/2007, -1/+10Who cares? Paul supporters are happy.
- bariswheel, on 12/08/2007, -2/+11Yes.
- Rhino2, on 12/08/2007, -2/+10I live in the North. I like this Ron Paul guy too though!
