I am amazed that just any person on earth can run for president of the US simply by hiding their birth certificate. Sorry Governator - we know where you were born! And I am appalled at the DNC for floating another big turd on the American people. Enough is enough. It is a shame that the Constitution did not proscribe liberalism, socialism and communism. Let's face reality here. There were ALREADY threats of riots if Obama was not 'elected'. Now that the votes (legal and otherwise) have been counted and McCain has conceded, a ruling that Obama was ineligible from the get go will ostensibly eliminate the entire process unless a third party candidate can somehow claim 'victory', However, the threat of nationwide riots can not be discounted.
I am sure that since I realize this, it has not escaped notice by others in government and possibly is something that Obama and his supporters are and have been counting on. The Supremes are considering whether or not to hear bHussein case at a "conference" they have, not that they are actually going to hear the case. The courts invent law all the time.

Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the child’s birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence.
Therefore, proof of his actual citizenship is required, such as Mr. Obama's original birth certificate, showing the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor, all of his passports with immigration stamps, and verification from the governments where he has resided, verifying that he did not, and does not, hold citizenship of these countries, and any other documents that certify an individual’s citizenship and/or qualification for office.
As your constituent, I urgently request that you assiduously work to ascertain the truth, on behalf of the citizens of the United States of America, and discover whether or not the Constitutional requirements have been met by the legal facts of Mr. Obama's birthplace and citizenship history. If he is not a "natural born" citizen of the United States, as the evidence seems to suggest, then he is ineligible for the Office of the President of the United States, and appropriate steps must be taken to avoid a catastrophic Constitutional Crisis from which the country may never recover!

If Obama would release his original birth certificate all of this could be avoided. By refusing to release the original he is casting doubt on his being born in the USA and adding "fuel" to the speculation. He should release the original in order to prove he is eligible to become President of the USA. If he was not born in the USA then he is actually not eligible to become President of the USA and the whole election has been a farce.

The voters cast votes based on ignorance. I think whether Obama was born in Kenya and brought back to Hawaii has little to do with his divided loyalties. If you want to know about what is in the man's heart and where his loyalties lie, look at the Afro-centric church he attended for 20 years. Even if it is verified that he is a natural born citizen, I do not trust his loyalty to this country.

If born overseas while on Military duty, the child automatically takes his/her father's nationality - IF he is an American Citizen. My daughter was born overseas from American father e- her certificate specifies this information - The form was filled out to show that she is an American Citizen - born overseas while in active duty!

You can't seal non-existent records. Prime Minister Odinga has stated that he is expecting a sizable payback for sealing those records. If you rub two gray cells together, you'll realize that Odinga has inadvertently certified that Obama was born in Kenya and has the records under seal to prove it.

Setting the behavior on a level with traditional marriage is akin eliminating age "discrimination" regarding driver's licenses. It is destructive to the fabric of society. It allows children to be placed into an environments which is destructive to their development. So you say there's a physical reason which mandates a minimum driving age. There's also a physical definition for the marriage template. Apart from cloning, there's no method of human reproduction in anything apart from the traditional arrangement.
From a Christian perspective:
God created marriage as a picture of his relationship with those who receive him, the "Bride of Christ". When you twist that relationship, you are defacing what God has created to be sacred. The Bible explicitly calls homosexual conduct sin, and states in first Corinthians 6:9-10 (NKJV):

Please justify your assertion regarding the expenses undertaken by President-Elect Obama and show that "compliance" would result in a cessation of the lawsuits -- even though a number have argued that President-Elect Obama is not legally qualified to serve as President regardless of his location of birth -- and would result in lower legal expenses. -
