- pilgrim3970, on 11/06/2007, -4/+74in other words, when actually faced with dealing with real issues, she's hasn't got anything.
- inactive, on 11/06/2007, -8/+70She's ridden her husband's coattails up until this point. It's now becoming crystal clear that she's a no-talent bore with a severe lack of personality.
- sjl127, on 11/02/2007, -6/+51Yeah! She got her little ass (sarcasm) spanked last night!
- kithogan, on 11/02/2007, -10/+54Hillary would be nothing without the Clinton name...she's never run anything, she can't even control her hubby.........she is not qualified for the job and she seems soooooooooooo mean
- tyzent, on 11/02/2007, -1/+45there was a protest before the debate which basically consisted of a large group of anti-hillary pro-healthcare people screaming at the hillary people. i have to say i was never more proud of my city than at that moment, seemed like all of philadelphia was against her.
- iching, on 11/02/2007, -0/+36She gets more contributions from k street corporate lobbyist and more from the military contractors than any republican or democratic candidate combined. This isn't a grass roots movement like Edwards, Paul or Kucinich it is more of the same old, same old.
- ZandorMonkeyBoy, on 11/02/2007, -2/+37Lack of personality, conviction, beliefs, trustworthiness, morals...
- dunderballer, on 11/02/2007, -0/+31I love the picture they used. She has that "Oh *****, this isn't going well" look on her face.
- oceanrain, on 11/02/2007, -0/+30Good, maybe this will be the beginning of the end for this witch. It's obvious she cannot handle issues in a debate. I guess that is the price you pay for being coddled by the Main Stream Media all of these years.
- DantheMoneyMan, on 11/02/2007, -0/+29How is it the press has not seen this side of Hillary until now ? No experience, no clarity of position. Really afraid to let people know what she thinks until she knows what they want to hear. That may play in NY City, but not in the broader USofA. Bout time !
- ZandorMonkeyBoy, on 11/01/2007, -2/+28Obama grabbed her by that hanging flap of loose skin under her chin and Edwards smacked her around some.
- R0am3r, on 11/02/2007, -0/+25Wow – this is a first for Digg! The Liberals have something in common with Neocons. We all seem to dislike Hillary Clinton. Clearly, these are prophetic signs that we are in the End Times.
- Vitaliy, on 11/01/2007, -0/+23She has voted for the war, when that came under question later she said she was "confused" and is against the war. She has stated that she wants to end the war but she does not want to withdraw troops or stop military missions in Iraq. Nor does she clearly say that she does not want to bomb Iran, in fact she attacked Obama when he said that he would engage Ahmadinejad in political talk. She is one of those candidates that is trying to appeal to all sides, making all kinds of promises to everyone that will never happen. Etc.
- iching, on 11/02/2007, -1/+21House of mirrors seen in her responses of triangulation with ambiguous noncommittal answers as usual.
- scallon, on 11/01/2007, -3/+23I hope to god with get an Obama/Edwards ticket in 08. the country is so ***** if that doesn't happen. We need fresh blood in the white house!
Yes, yes, or Ron Paul. He's good too. I'm just speaking for the dems here though. So don't kill me. - ZandorMonkeyBoy, on 11/01/2007, -0/+17They HAVE seen it. They have simply chosen to not show it to you.
- myxyplik, on 11/01/2007, -0/+16She gets her contributions from big media, including Rupert Murdoch.
She co-sponsored the INDUCE Act which would have effectively made all recording devices illegal.
She has campaigned against video games.
She recently voted in favor of the Lieberman / Kyl Amendment, taking us a step closer to a needless war with Iran.
Feel free to add on, folks. - TherealObadiah, on 11/01/2007, -0/+15And I personally give credit to the liberals who are smart enough to see through this woman. I'll admit I'm a conservative, but you gotta agree that Hillary would ruthlessly do ANYTHING to become POTUS.
- tomasII, on 11/01/2007, -2/+161. massive tax hikes
2. A new massive health care beauracracy
3. PMS
4.Campaign contributions from felons
5. steps toward socialism - edrift101, on 11/02/2007, -0/+14“Who is honest? Who is sincere? Who has integrity?” Edwards asked and then provided the answer: Not Hillary.
“She has not been truthful and clear,” Obama said at one point.
Hillary is a neocon and wants to go to war with Iran. She will NOT get my vote, nor will Giuliani. - martoq, on 11/01/2007, -0/+13What scares me most is that she will still get the democratic nomination. I am from New York and since she has been a senator here she has done....squat. She is just climbing the ladder with more of the same politics. And its time this country see change. Clinton is not change just more of the same.
- Double0Doug, on 11/01/2007, -0/+13I just want a fiscal conservative back in office. I don’t care which party they come from.
- ZandorMonkeyBoy, on 11/02/2007, -1/+14It's the Bill Clinton strategy all over again. A bunch of feel-good platitudes played to the right crowds. Problem is that strat won't work in the modern, Youtube world of the interweb. Every lie she tells is instantly countered with facts. Every promise she makes is blasted across the ether. And every triangulation only serves to trap her.
- brickbat, on 11/01/2007, -1/+14you idiot, she has more corporate money than everyone else put together. What do you think thats for, her cute ass?
- snotrokit, on 11/02/2007, -0/+12I am just hoping that they keep it up and continue to expose her for who and what she really is. A career politician that will pander to the highest bidder and whatever audience she is in front of. All I hear from her is what she thinks we want to hear.
From the Fantasy files - America woke up and realized just what politicians really are....... - Spuy767, on 11/02/2007, -0/+12Smug is the word I think most aptly describes her. She was so smug about everything, until that debate, then she ceased being smug. It seems, the the most powerful woman in american politics, Nancy Pelosi, and the would be most powerful woman in american politics, Hillary, just rode the smug train into oblivion. Nancy is now an outcast in her own party, and Hillary just lost a ton of support over the last few days.
- uselessexpert, on 11/02/2007, -1/+13I keep saying this.... The only reason people like Hillary is because her husband is Bill Clinton. That's it! Period!
Without Bill, she is nothing! - drdewm, on 11/01/2007, -0/+11If Hillary wins the Democratic nomination the Republicans will win the White house. They know it and that's why they are going easy on her right now. The press knows all this bad stuff but are waiting for her to win to start talking about it. Hell if I was a Republican I'd be helping her to win. The easiest way to get every Republican to vote is to have a Clinton on the ticket. Then throw in that's she's a woman and then again that she's scum and you have 4 more years of Republican controlled whitehouse.
- reiner15, on 11/01/2007, -1/+12Christ... I had to mute it when she spoke because it was just regurgitated crap.
- KingBunny, on 11/02/2007, -1/+12"She still has a huge lead in the national polls"
....you're ***** kidding me. Are people answering polls based on the alignment of the stars now, or are they really THAT stupid? - floorman56, on 11/01/2007, -0/+11She said she would TAKE 10 billion dollars from medical insurance co , Rose law firm billing records " Just showing up" Going to give $5000 to EVERY baby born in the U.S. Is she or is she not for illegal driver licenses? Do you know? no one seems to know. If she is too afraid to go on Bill o Reilly's show how do you stand up to a Kim Jong-il or a Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
I'm sure I could find more - ZandorMonkeyBoy, on 11/01/2007, -3/+13Sure, in a leg wrestling contest. But in the war of ideas she got her ass kicked in last night.
- Snuff99, on 11/02/2007, -2/+12Cast the devil back into the bowels of hell from which she came!
- oldhick, on 11/01/2007, -0/+10What the ***** is wrong with gun owners? Now you're just pushing my buttons.
- Spuy767, on 11/01/2007, -2/+12Ron Paul is against universa healthcare in this country because it's a terrible idea. I don't like RP al that much, he's still too bible belt for my tastes, but UHC is the wrong answer to the problem. The real probem with healthcare is rooted in over-regulation. Companies are forced in some cases, or bribed in others, to provide heathcare to their employees. Since your big pharmas know that employers have to provide healthcare they know that they can jack up prices and the company will still have to pay them. Let's take Costco, for instance, I have a condition for which I take a ten-day perscription of Nizoral twice a year. CVS and Walgreens, who basically pander to the big pharmas and perpetuate the dishonest system want somewhere in the neighborhood of $70.00 for ten pills. Coscto, who marks their drugs up reasonably, charges me $11.49 for the same medication, generic ketoconazole. Excuse the tirade, but I'll pinch it iff with this. If every person in this country were responsible for his or her own healthcare, and employers put the money that they currently spend on healthcare back into the pocket of the average American, healthcare companies would be at the mercy of the free market to compete for business which would drive prices down, drive quality up, and it would stifle these hypocondriacs who get an MRI for a sprained ankle just because they can and they know that they won't have to pay for it.
- inactive, on 11/01/2007, -0/+9from a Ron Paul supporter good luck to Dennis Kucinich and Mike Gravel
but if you fail in stopping warmongering Hillary come over to our "big tent" - oldhick, on 11/02/2007, -1/+10Why don't you make a list of why she'd be good???? What new ideas does she have? How will she continue to fund Social Security? What is her position on illegal immigration and drivers licenses????
Have you really sunk so low that you just accept politics as usual? Is not ok to demand that your candidate answer hard questions. These are hard times and we have big decisions to make. I would want to back a candidate who is running because they have answers to those hard questions. Not a candidate that is running simply because they worship power. - leodavinci, on 11/01/2007, -2/+11Get ready for us Paulers, we'll be in Philly next weekend for a big Ron Paul rally. I'll be driving from Grand Rapids. Any recommendations for some good philly cheesesteak? : )
- pilgrim3970, on 11/01/2007, -5/+14"I hope to god with get an Obama/Edwards ticket in 08"
At least Obama has style.
Edwards? Paleeez. He's out there making the same boring campaign promises - education for everyone!!!, Steak everyday (oh you're a vegan? OK, tofu everyday!!!), vouchers for your nearest hair salon so that everyone can look as good as I do (flips hair). - mcnasby, on 11/02/2007, -0/+9Even though you're getting dugg down -- your comment is extremely logical and unfortunately probably true.
- MonkCanatella, on 11/01/2007, -0/+8Hmmm, she wouldn't be anything without her last name huh? Sounds like another president we've had the misfortune of dealing with
- Charlotte_Web, on 11/01/2007, -0/+8Correct, just like they choose not to follow Hillary's campaign finance story, despite indisputable evidence that she broke the law.
- thebaron2, on 11/01/2007, -0/+8A-*****-MEN
The answer to our healthcare woes is certainly not rooted in another huge government bureaucracy. Government is so inefficient and nearly every level - federal, state, and even local - that I can't believe people want to turn over our entire health care system to government employees. - Double0Doug, on 11/01/2007, -0/+8True, but Edwards knows the intricacies involved with abusing the legal system for monetary gain. Maybe he would use that knowledge to help alleviate rising costs of medical care.
- doctorperv, on 11/02/2007, -1/+9Abortions for some, miniature American flags for others!!!
- ZandorMonkeyBoy, on 11/02/2007, -0/+8Yeah, we haven't had one of those in about 20 years. I wonder if there are any left.
- undy242, on 11/01/2007, -0/+8If our choices are Giuliani and Clinton come '08...I think I will move to Mexico because they will be better off.
- mediaspree, on 11/01/2007, -1/+8Well, Ron Paul is the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ soooo...you may be on to something!
