A lesson learned hard is a lesson learned well.- le0pardess, on 09/07/2008, -0/+1This is karma for them. Well deserved for their mass deception!
- stienster, on 09/03/2008, -1/+31Who ARE these 'police'??? Does anyone have personal knowledge of any major city's police personnel?- What are they being taught and told??? or are these NOT local police officers..?
- 911ArtStudent, on 09/03/2008, -2/+18When something is declared t be a national security event the local police can now fall under the purview of Dept. of Homeland Security.
- Minarchian, on 09/04/2008, -1/+7Plus they pull in cops from all over the place. There were probably a dozen cities in the riot squads.
When you get cops from other cities in your town they are highly unlikely to give a crap about what they do like they would in their own town. That's why most police departments require their personnel to live in town. - jodimcmullen, on 09/04/2008, -0/+2One article I read said one cop was secret service, I think it was Democracy now, but not Amy, the other female. These guys really are like stormtroopers.

- debunkthelies, on 09/03/2008, -0/+23Not just on American freedom but on anyone not in the 1%, I don't know where they get these Nazi jack-boot thugs, but if they are local we need to fire them, or de-fund all law enforcement until they get the message it's: 'To Protect and SERVE' , not Persecute and Punish.
- jodimcmullen, on 09/04/2008, -0/+4They get the message... they protect and serve the neocons and their minions.

- infoking12, on 09/03/2008, -10/+4Think it's bad now? Wait till the big liberals get their totally unfair "fairness doctrine" in.
That will shut us up once and for all. - eldudereno, on 09/04/2008, -0/+15Britain's own BBC and ITN news channels don't seem to be doing their jobs with respect to whats happening outside the DNC and RNC I'm ashamed to say.
Just one piece by channel 4 on how 80% of Minnesota's criminals are from the black minority and showing how the mostly white police round them up when they don't do their community service.
Its the same here almost now protests don't get media attention unless it impinges on some other event or person of distinction.
Their pushing the envelope that's for sure in America - akhomestead, on 09/04/2008, -0/+13This all started back in the early 1900's. The big bankers did some research to see how many news organizations they'd have to buy to basically set the news for the nation. They then bought them up and put people in charge who would report what their told to report. Ever notice how the big three evening news programs basically cover the same things, and it was murdock that turned all his programs to opninion shows so the truth is not required.
- angeladtao, on 09/05/2008, -0/+1Interesting. I didn't know that.

- lucy22, on 09/04/2008, -0/+8Unbelievable in this day and age in our "free " countries that journalists are treated like criminals.
What are they afraid of, the truth, I guess. - ro2ert, on 09/05/2008, -0/+6Fourteen Signs of A Fascist State

- Myakka, on 09/05/2008, -0/+4World War II began with Germany taking over Hungary, and invading Czechslovakia.
Today, the USA has invaded Iraq, Afghanistan, is placing its military in Pakistan as we speak, and is making aggressive moves towards Iran.
Could this be WWIII? - razorsharpwit, on 09/05/2008, -0/+2....just like Abe Lincoln did. If the antichrist were to give himself his own nickname do you think it would be "honest"? I do. Did you know that Abe Lincoln coined that term?
