- Junkyarddawg, on 10/11/2007, -8/+93I would like for you to ***** on Karl Roves forehead too.
- jstohler, on 10/11/2007, -7/+65Ah yes, the ol' Rovian Steamer.
- snotrokit, on 10/11/2007, -6/+59it is just friggin scary how deep and broad corruption goes in our government.
Is there anything that isn't tainted? - EntropyMan, on 10/11/2007, -7/+49When are we going to realize that Rove knows that whatever failing or crime exists on his side, all he has to do is blame the other side for something similar and he gets off scott free, because the media, for some idiotic reason, considers two equal transgressions to cancel each other out.
* If the GOP tampers with elections (operatives convicted and STILL defended by the GOP), Rove claims Dems do.
* If the GOP candidate went AWOL during training, Rove claims the Dem candidate is a war coward.
* Bush can't talk -> Gore is stiff.
* Cheney faked intelligence to go to war -> Plame fraudulently sent her husband to Niger.
The list is way too long. But it always fits a pattern. Basically, anytime Rove attacks his opponents, you can rest assured, he's covering for something similar or worse that his people did. - Junkyarddawg, on 10/11/2007, -2/+34You have discovered the media assumption that if two sides argue, neither side is wholly right and neither side is wholly wrong.
GOP has for several years used it for good effect. For instance, if Karl Rove was guilty and accused of tampering with votes, he'd lash back with accusations of voter fraud, and the media would assume that both sides were somewhat but not completely dirty.
This assumption, that the truth is somewhere between the positions held by the opposing sides, is a fallacy: it is actually possible for one side to be completely wrong, and the other to be completely right. - zephc, on 10/11/2007, -3/+31But how do you tell where his forehead ends and the ***** begins? He's a giant ***** head already.
- EntropyMan, on 10/11/2007, -0/+24@junkyard, yes, but it's a vicious cycle. The reason the media makes this assumption is, giving them the most possible credit, because they don't have enough reporters left to go out and check the facts. So they substitute two talking heads, or one sound-byte from each side and call it a day. And that lack of reporters is a direct result of media consolidation and corporate ownership, as was predicted when this BS began.
"The Press," as defined in the first amendment does not generally exist on television anymore. "Meet the Press" should be renamed to "Miss the Press" and "Late Edition" to "Too Little, Too Late Edition."
The only ones doing real reporting are documentary shows like Frontline, and documentary films across the board. But at least we can get many of those for free on the internet. It may take a generation for the people who are still stuck on lame TV opinions to be exit the debate for good. - NinjaBoy, on 10/11/2007, -3/+24Make sure to youtube it.
- ReesesFeces, on 10/11/2007, -2/+18It would no doubt look better than his hair.
- catalytica, on 10/11/2007, -2/+17"After exhaustive effort, the Department of Justice discovered virtually no polling-place voter fraud, and its efforts to fire the U.S. attorneys in battleground states who did not push the voter-fraud line enough has backfired."
So does this have something to do with all the attorneys that A.G. Gonzales "doesn't recall" why he fired? Hmm.. pieces of the puzzle seem to be coming together. - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+13I love that story.
Back on topic, I have nearly come to accept that nothing will be done to this administration while they are still in office. I am not apathetic, I just don't know what else has to be on the table to get any of them yanked. The laundry list is so long, with so much meat on the bone, yet the wheels just keep spinning in mid air.
It is like the whole country is just waiting for Jan 2009 in resignation... - GRTWHT, on 10/11/2007, -4/+17No.
- Authustian, on 10/11/2007, -3/+15The only ones not tainted are the free thinkers... unfortunately our numbers have been shrinking as pop culture & Reality TV kill off the desire to understand and replace it with the need to be entertained.
/disenchantment - stepnw1f, on 10/11/2007, -3/+15And another piece of ***** apologist who obviously supports corruption and an anti-democratic political party, as well as the WORST PRESIDENT EVER. Can you say LOSER?
- mattxb, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11@screamtherun
if you RTA you'll see whats really being alleged here Basically this organization used flimsy allegations of fraud as an excuse purge minority voters and make stricter requirements to vote in areas that were primarily Democrat.
FTA---------
"ACVR's method of argument followed a familiar line, first set out by Wall Street Journal columnist John Fund in his book, Stealing Elections. First, ACVR argued extensively by anecdote, pointing to instances of illegal conduct, such as someone, somewhere registering Mary Poppins to vote. Anecdote would then be coupled with statistics showing problems with voter rolls not being purged to remove voters who had died or moved, leaving open the potential for fraudulent voting at the polls. Finally, the group would claim that the amount of such voter fraud is hard to quantify, because it is after all illegal conduct, hidden from the public. Given this great potential for mischief, and without evidence of actual mischief, allegedly reasonable initiatives such as purging voter rolls and requiring ID seemed the natural solution." - vguard, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11Voter Fraud is a trivial problem compared to Election Fraud and distraction technique. The rigging of entire elections is what we should be focused on.
- DiggasWAttitude, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9To politicians credit, the taint is a thin line to walk. Step too far one way and people call you nuts. Step too far the other and you end up in a world of *****.
- totorototoro, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9yep, Rove's real genius has been his ability to manipulate the media, always staying a couple steps ahead of them. Hopefully this is all becoming unraveled.
- EntropyMan, on 10/11/2007, -12/+21If you actually ***** on Karl Rove's forehead, he would claim that Democrats have ***** all over their foreheads, and boy dies it stink.
- catalytica, on 10/11/2007, -3/+12Diebold Election Systems programmer Clint Curtis has testified to the effect that election fraud has already been committed at least once.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZlLXgXgrmw - stepnw1f, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9Well, that may be half true. Karl Rove's father turned out to be gay.... hence the animosity towards homosexuals.
- ichbinladen, on 10/11/2007, -3/+12Karl Rove is the reason his mother killed herself.
- EntropyMan, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9Exactly. The question isn't so much what the 8 fired USAs did, but what did the other 85 USAs do to keep their jobs?
We know that one of them secretly inserted the very PATRIOT act language that allowed him to be appointed without Congressional oversight. And he's still serving! (the only question is _who_ is he serving? It ain't us.) - stepnw1f, on 10/11/2007, -0/+8That's like ***** on *****.
- stepnw1f, on 10/11/2007, -0/+8You want me to prove Karl Rove committed election fraud.... wow. What ignorance. You missed the proof because you probably haven't bothered researching, which is typical of those that try to defend folks like Karl Rove. All the evidence in the world doesn't mean anything to you I bet. I'm sure you still BELIEVE WMD's are in Iraq too... like a child who hangs on to the belief that Santa really exists. Can I prove Santa doesn't exist. Nice try fruity.
I can't help people like you who deliberately play stupid on message boards. It's not like you don't have access to the Internet. Face it, you can't win without cheating and stealing, and your obtuse nature is what keeps you in that bubble. Must be cozy.... not for long though. Hehe....

"Kennedy based his demand on the revelations by BBC reporter Greg Palast in the new edition of his book, “Armed Madhouse.” On one page of the book, Palast reproduces a copy of a confidential Bush-Cheney campaign email, dated August 26, 2004, in which Griffin directs Republican operatives to use the ‘caging’ lists."
ELECTION FRAUD......
Do your own research. These links are for others... quick, try to stop them from reading!
As evidence builds, you'll have no other choice but to concede that your pig-boy Rove and your political party are nothing but a criminal fascist enterprise ***** over America by commiting election fraud. They already committed enough crimes already that we know of, so try not to act too surprised. Honesty and integrity are too difficult for folks like you, so I expect you to deny the mountain of evidence out there already. You just don't have what it really takes. Go ahead, discredit it all, it'll be amusing to watch.... actually it's already amusing. Go play games with yourself.... - revjustin2, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9You have confused me with what I think may be an attempt at sarcasm or maybe straight-up humor. I will admit however, that I was distracted by the "moore movie" I constantly loop on my desktop as well as by your use of the word 'libtard' which is, in itself, a word that contains no humor whatsoever - not even a little bit.
Please resubmit your comment as something that is either funnier or makes more sense. Thanks :) - SOULEVENT, on 10/11/2007, -5/+12Voter fraud is likely to happen to either side...however, the voter fraud on both sides was conducted en masse, by people who support BUSH...that way they could skate by with the TRUE fraud and be able to point to a "see they did it too" example to hide the truth...they did this in BOTH elections. They have used it with policy for 7 years or more, they use fraudulent people to pose as liberals and pretend to HATE Christianity, Even today they have one where Las Vegas order a place to not fly the flag. How many people regardless of party think its just a stupid waste of time to tell soemone they cant fly it? Ive never seen a antibush person speak out and say this? But they turn it into a LIBERAL bs attack piece. YOU CANNOT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU SEE FROM THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE!!!
This presidents appointment by his Cabal was no accident, neither were both fraudulent elections, neither was 9/11, neither was the Patriot Act, neither was the massive amount of money and power stolen from the American people, neither was the devisiveness they have purposefully created, neither was the murder of Americans or morale and accident, neither has the assault on TRUTH been an accident. These are disgusting people and some of the lowest of the low will digg me down because they hate the truth....You see em on digg all the time, saying the EXACT same thing that comes from the mouths of PAID TV/RADIO neocon extremists (as if you could even sum them up in one word like neocon, but whatever, I use whatever word tickles my ***** at the time). In fact
Dont doubt that plenty of them are PAID neocon extremist, as are the crazy guys who come on and scream that they HATE AMERICA, ***** AMERICA....anti Bush people dont say that....that Ive heard, but count how many times you hear the pro bushies say HATE and AMERICA in the same sentence...so much, they have to pretend to be liberals to come on digg and say it. I guess to make a long story short...your *****. - EntropyMan, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7It may be the other way around at this point.
- tehbishop, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7islanddog said "LOL. Yeah, because voting fraud never happens with democrats. "
So what? If one guy robs a bank and spills the beans on another guy that likewise robbed a bank, do you just say, "oh well there are two of them so they cancel each other out", or do you arrest them both?

Oh well....... you're the minority. - citizenmatt, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8Is it any wonder that the trolling comments are terrible in grammar as well as humor?
- stepnw1f, on 10/11/2007, -4/+10The same man commits ELECTION FRAUD, then turns around and uses 'voter fraud'as an excuse to through millions of black and hispanic voters off the voter rolls. I want this bag of ***** in prison for life.
- falseleftright, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7Karl Marx erm Rove is an evil genius; no one can deny it, but his quilt is beginning to unravel a bit. Gonzalez is rumored to be stepping down, no republican wants Bush anywhere near them during their various "dog and pony shows", Cheney is vulnerable (as is G.Dub) to impeachment, the rats are deserting the ship (hmm, already said that), voter fraud perhaps.......
This makes for entertaining viewing, sort of like the movie Fargo where Jerry Lundergaard's simple yet irrevocably corrupt plan goes bad and his secure and safe life gradually begins to unravel.
- the6thReplicant, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6because you're...wrong? maybe that's why you're being dugg down..and for the fact that you've nicely classed digg as some big left-wing website to justify ignoring the articles and comments that are anti-Bush just shows how close minded you are.
To actually realise that this web site isn't left-wing, just kinda-open-to-new-ideas wing, would force you to actually try and debate your point of view, instead of just dismissing those that oppose you. AKA oldest trick in the book for the apologists. - Junkyarddawg, on 10/11/2007, -2/+7To me this screams "CIA operation". Compare: http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/15.05/feat_cia.html

You make no sense. His resume is consistent with his testimony. At Yang his expertise was programming voting software. If you think being a whistleblower who's derided and has his life threatened by people in high places is all for 15 min of fame, that's crazy. He has testified under oath that Tom Feeney requested software to rig the vote. Video of that testimony is available on youtube. But I guess as Gonzales has demonstrated, being under oath is meaningless these days... - catalytica, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5@nesterff

"Florida programmer, Clint Curtis, tells all about the original meeting in 2000 when Tom Feeney, the incoming speaker of the FL House & one-time running mate of Jeb Bush, asked him to create a "vote-rigging software prototype" while employeed at Yang Enterprises, Inc." - gruvsf, on 10/11/2007, -2/+6I think I have sen enough of this administration to see that whenever they city executive privilege, it usually means impeachable offenses.
However, with this move, I wonder if there is something a bit deeper-I wonder if this is tied into the the DOJ scandal and AG Alberto Gonzalez's head is about to roll, so they need to remove this website to make sure that there is not more evidence for the Dems to pounce on. - fober, on 10/11/2007, -13/+17All this talk about foreheads is making me nauseous.
- geronimo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4I have always heard about the 'democrats use fake names' line yet we have no court cases.
For Florida of 2000, the state of florida settled out of court and no longer uses loose matching to disqualify felons, so something positive came out of that. Where are all these court cases showing dem voter fraud? This whole thing smelled of astro turfing from the begining. Show proof or be quiet, let's not use 'faith-based' legal techniques either. - spock627corfu, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5@rlh: You might want to read this: http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL0210/S00044.htm. - stealthc, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3That's no reason not to be extra careful. It doesn't matter what people vote for if the COUNTING of the votes is compromised. Get involved with your precinct (voting neighborhood) and insist on a paper trail.
