Taking Down Arms Dealer Viktor Bout

Halliburton dealt with him in Iraq, to the tune of $50 million, even as Bout supplied the Taliban. Our Dept of Defense might be trying to keep him from facing trial in the U.S. to keep our contracts with him out of the news, as Russia tries to get him back quietly.
