By the way, the United States Marine Corps is the most feared and respected branch of service in the WORLD. those Berkeley ***** should shut their mouths and think about what kind of selfless act it takes to be a Marine. If you have ever served then you understand what i am talking about.

Way to make Berkeley feel the heat!

I urge anyone that supports the troops and denounces the Berkeley City Council and Code Pink to yell as loud as they can against Reid and Pelosi who once again "recessed" the floor so that the Semper Fi Act of 2008 written by Senator Jim DeMint and co-signed by at least a dozen others could be put up for a vote.
Every day Pelosi and her partners in crime on the left "blame America first" group has found a way to keep this bill off the floor -
Write to your Assembly Person, your Congressmen and women, your Senators, and everyone else you can. Pelosi must not abuse her power because it is a city from the state that voted her in - this is an outrage!

This is ridiculous...I'm boycotting Berkley...not that I did any businesses with them anyway...

As a resident of Berkeley I'm proud that my city had the nerve to stick up for what many of us believe in. I'm sure if any of you knew anything about American history, you'd know that the patriots were the ones who questioned the authority. We both have the right to speak our opinions, in part because of the US military. The military's current actions, however, are not in defense of our freedom. This is where my problem lies.
