Bush: I am the Decider! (When Cheney isn't around.) - thelegacy, on 10/11/2007, -2/+20its pretty absurd when the only show to get real news with a host who has common sense is billed as comedy.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6They should get some kind of award for that one...
- Adgeman, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Probably the best Daily Show clip I've seen in a very long time.
- mlonidot, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5WOW WHERE are all the "I voted for Bush" braggarts now? All of you self professed religious hypocrites. Hey we still don't have gay marriage Bush did his job for you. Maybe next time you vote you look a Little for a little more substance than a ex-cocaine snorting, national guard absentee, cheerleader...with his buddy big oil..when it comes time to vote. Those of you voted for him because you were afraid the democrats were going to take away you ak47s, you got your wish. All kinds of Americans got guns now. they have to carry them around Iraq but you got your guns protected. I bet all of you NRA freaks ran right out and enlisted didn't you? Way to go Republicans..........you got what you ask for.. Funny thing I don't see any of you on here bragging about it now

- bplv, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5if only it weren't so true
- jmank88, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Ha, i thought it said "TPS report on Dick Cheney"
I hope they used the new cover sheet - masgrada, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Schroedinger's VP? I'm not sure how the whole Executive / Legislative thing works but I'm sure this fits in somehow.
- bort, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3The majority of people figured it out a long time ago.
- blackmagician, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2revolution? yes? maybe?
- CyberSmackdown, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2haha, "On Dick"
- citizenmatt, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I would like to subscribe to your revolution/newsletter
- 1053r, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Revolution? Are you serious? Are you seriously suggesting we take up arms against our own government? Are you seriously suggesting that all hope of peaceful change of government through elections is lost? No. We may not be a republic any more, but we are still a plutocracy. Vote with your checkbook. They are much richer than we are, but there are many more of us. In fact, our upper class makes all its money from us. Skip one movie, or even better one tank of gas, and give that money to a real candidate, after careful examination of his / her past and present platform. Then encourage everyone you know to vote, and get out their checkbooks. Bloomberg has $1 billion, which has both the Democrats and the Republicans worried about the presidential race. We (the people) have hundreds of billions. Our will WILL be done. The time they have taxed you into oblivion, or silenced your right to free speech by force, that is the time to take up arms. Now is the time to talk, and pay.
- grungegbunny, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Jon Stewart SLAMMED Dick Cheney last night it was awesome!
- ashura001, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Why pay for a TV and cable when you can just watch it on the internet?
- Terr01, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2In fairness, this particular kerfluffle was covered in some major sources already, and not solely because of TDS.
- clark24, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Majority of digg readers != majority of US citizens
- smileydude, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I wonder if john oliver wrote that monologue. Someone reposting these videos should think to insert captioning, makes it funnier.
great reporting tds, they and colbert shined this week on youtube - DrColossus, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1You choose not to own a TV and then spend your time watching clips from TV shows online?
- HallsOfMandos, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3I posted for those of us, like me, that choose not to own a televison and have no other way to see these clips. Thanks for playing though.
- cutesegirl, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2Maybe the prick will have a heart attack = die, and do America a huge favor.
- clark24, on 10/11/2007, -3/+3Great.. a small percentage of the population is finally coming to their senses, just in time for Bush and co. to leave office for a few years until some new puppets are installed. Too little, too late.
Hopefully people will figure things out a little quicker with the next corrupt administration. - kahakauai, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2Should be "STD: on dick Cheney" - Sub story "Yet another stupid decision"
- MuffinsPWNS, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0this is funny i was taught in a government funded public school that the vice president is a member of the executive branch. so much for the education or lack there of.
- tlm2021, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Am I the only one who's noticed an unusually high number of duplicate stories in the last week or so?
- Archos, on 10/11/2007, -5/+5Come on people, have a little faith in Dicky. He has proven to be very good in overseeing things. It is confirmed today that Dick Cheney ordered a stand down on 9/11. http://digg.com/world_news/Norman_Mineta_Confirms_That_Dick_Cheney_Ordered_Stand_Down_on_9_11 Can this man not only be a good thing for this planet? I mean, someone needs to create chaos. Someone needs to destroy the U.S. from within. How otherwise can the United Nazis take over with a world government? Hm?
- discochew, on 10/11/2007, -6/+3Attention:
The Daily Show airs Monday through Thursday at 11, with reruns playing 2-3 times every day. Now you can just watch it and you good Samaritans can stop posting it on digg as news. - DuffyDirect, on 10/11/2007, -8/+2I love the Daily Show, but I really don't like John Oliver... Samantha and Demetri Martin are the only funny corespondent nowadays I think. Not hating, the newer guys just don't make me laugh.
- corndogup10, on 10/11/2007, -8/+2damnit.... back to news stories about Dick Cheney
