Prime, Choice, Select, Standard, Commercial, Utility, Cutter and Canner.
The first three you recognize because there the only grades in grocery stores. As you can see, institutional grade is plain made up, and can be anything from Standard to Utility.
Fun Fact: Cutter is served in prisons, Canner is for animals. That much I know.

If there's a CHANCE it's precious agents will encounter ANY real opposition, they will back off.

FYI - they were White born again Christens, which seem to be the largest race farming. If you look around, take your blinders off you will begin to see a pattern - White born again Christians are a threat! Especially ones that farm and are gun toting.
They are unjustly branded in the MSM as "white supremacists, racists, Nazi's" in to cover up their crimes against them and to justify in the eyes of the public that they are NOT entitled to equal rights under the law as everyone else because they are"racists." Can you see that pattern now? A good example is what the tugs did to Randy Weaver (Ruby Ridge) and his family, then had the nerve to justify the killings with branding them as white supremacists which is the farthest thing from the truth.
Don't get me wrong the police to have a pattern of "brutalizing brutality against blacks and browns" sometimes for no good reason. However if you look at the DOJ crime statistics for the country the brown and blacks are the highest two groups committing most of the serious crimes. And no it is NOT racist to state the truth and facts either. Look it up. -
