- NikoKun, on 03/23/2008, -0/+6For years, Marc sold Marijuana seeds out of his BC Cannabis Culture shop, and online. The vast majority of money from this business, was donated away to activism organizations. Marc even payed taxes on the profits, which the Canadian government gladly accepted, and knew where it came from. Selling Marijuana seeds is not exactly a crime in Canada, and rarely, if ever, enforced. That is, until the DEA noticed how much money he was donating to Legalization groups. In a politically motivated attack, they decided to take our draconian drug laws, into Canada, In order to put an end to the funding of Legalization efforts.
Marc is not a drug dealer, and does not deserve to be extradited and put in prison for life. He is a good person, who's only goal is to make the world a better place, by ending the counterproductive prohibition laws, in favor of more productive positive legalization and regulation policies.
Keep in mind, selling seeds would not get him anything close to a life sentence in Canada. This whole attack, is simply a political move by the DEA. Canadians shouldn't allow the US to come to Canada and enforce their harsher laws, In THEIR country!

They are only seeking to continue their moral enforcement of our lives, and stop any effort to end this harmful prohibition.
