- llurker, on 01/07/2008, -9/+144I love the 'Don't Tax me Bro' sign.
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -10/+67Uhhhhh.... a spontaneous event was organized?
Is it just me? - GeorgeAdamski, on 01/07/2008, -8/+64It was just a link to this video
http://blip.tv/file/582985 - grayBot, on 01/07/2008, -21/+70hey ron paul supporters please comment and digg this. This is democracy in action , no ??
- mikesly, on 01/07/2008, -7/+53Regardless if it was organized or not sorta makes to get excited for politics to see people so passionate for a cause
- byrdgang, on 01/07/2008, -14/+55I find it funny how the anti-Paul brigade ALWAYS enters a Paul article only to criticise the article. Wouldn't it have been a lot easier to ignore the article and move on? Must you people act as regulators of Digg by criticising a particular type article topic that is submitted on a regular basis? No one is forcing you to click on the article.
Stop telling us we're doomed before we even give it a try. It really makes no difference to me whether Paul can win or not. None whatsoever. I vote based on my own convictions, and not the views of others. If he loses, I can at least say that I voted, and twenty years from now, I can say I made good use of my vote. I can also say, four years from now, if he loses, that those who voted for Clinton or Giuliani screwed us all over (and I'll be sure to point out the miserable course Clinton or Giuliani have placed the country on).
Voters have long voted based on electability. What good has this done anyone? Do you recall all the politicians you've voted for? How satisfied are you with all those votes? As long as I walk away with a satisfied vote, I am perfectly content.
Throwing in the towel before you've even taken a shower makes no sense. If Dr. Paul loses, it will likely be because enough votes were not won. I won't claim voter fraud (if there is voter fraud, it will be very small, and not enough to have changed results) or anti-Paul bias in the media (even if they are biased, we must confront their bias - not make excuses).
Dr. Paul, I personally want to thank you for making me proud to support your candidacy, and you will likely be the only person I will be this passionate about (yes, I know he won't be reading this message). - creepysleepy, on 01/07/2008, -19/+60Re: "link says account suspended? homeland security in action?"
I submitted this, but it's the Digg effect - we're fixing ASAP
I'm a journalist covering the campaign and I've NEVER seen a rally like the one that just happened - I'm in Manchester and the support for Paul is really, really intense! - WarnerK, on 01/07/2008, -7/+35A $43 jaywalking ticket? What a lame way for the pissed off cop to get revenge on the RP supporters.
- compulsive1, on 01/07/2008, -10/+35Thanks for the video. This looked pretty intense.
We had something along the same lines in PA on New Year's Eve. A bunch of people assembled downtown, with signs and were chanting: "Ron Paul Revolution- legalize the Constitution" for a few hours.
I hope people of New Hampshire will catch the revolution fever from all these who are already infected before the primary. - savetheusa1, on 01/07/2008, -9/+30Dont tax me Bro!
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -7/+27TrollResponse
- KennMac, on 01/07/2008, -0/+18How many times do you need to post your whiney comment?
- d03boy, on 01/07/2008, -2/+20your whining has annoyed me and my friends into being Ron Paul supporters for life and never caring about your whining. good job
- Bazhenov, on 01/07/2008, -4/+21"Guys, no jaywalking, you'll get a $43 ticket"
- olehounddog, on 01/07/2008, -15/+32Live Free or Die

- klaupacius, on 01/07/2008, -3/+19Please give him votes.
- creepysleepy, on 01/07/2008, -13/+29Someone already posted this, but we're dealing with Digg taking us down - the video is on Blip http://blip.tv/file/582985
- d03boy, on 01/07/2008, -1/+16i'm glad you're using your liberties. You might as well use them while you still can
- holzp, on 01/07/2008, -2/+17Guess you are unaware that "Live Free or Die" is the state motto of New Hampshire?
- jgar, on 01/07/2008, -8/+23Ron Paul makes sense.
- sweetholymosiah, on 01/07/2008, -3/+17***** you, you don't have to click on the Ron Paul stuff, and you can bury it if you really feel like it... SO no.. you SHUT UP. if you get so frustrated with people who actually have informed opinions go stick your fat head in a vacuum!
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -8/+21I love how everyone continues talking ***** while ignoring the fact that the movement is growing. It may not be by leaps and bounds everyday but it's growing. Keep talking *****, it's falling of deaf ears.
- akula89, on 01/07/2008, -4/+16account suspended = bandwidth overload
- noahhoward, on 01/07/2008, -6/+17Why are people so hostile towards people who could actually change this country?
- COINTELPROAgent, on 01/07/2008, -11/+22Yes. We are watching everything you do, because Ron Paul supporters are so important.
- byrdgang, on 01/07/2008, -2/+13This is coming from someone who has Ron Paul in his avatar.
- residentps2, on 01/07/2008, -4/+15GOLD STANDARD GOLD STANDARD GOLD STANDARD GOLD STANDARD
- colinodell, on 01/07/2008, -4/+15This event was 'organized' by Operation Live Free or Die. We were cheering for RP and waving signs around at a busy intersection in Manchester. Someone approached us and said that the press was staying 2 blocks away at the Radisson, so we marched down to protest Fox News not allowing Dr. Paul to participate in tonight's forum. Since we were on private property, we were forced to retreat back to our intersection, although some people did go back to protest some more.
- vuke69, on 01/07/2008, -1/+11Same video on youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhNfkFKpgRk - Osjpr, on 01/07/2008, -5/+15"I'm in Manchester and the support for Paul is really, really intense!"
He deserves every penny of support he is getting. He is a true patriot with undeviating loyalty to his principles. - mach32, on 01/07/2008, -8/+17spontaneous, organized, which is it?
- nakani, on 01/07/2008, -1/+10So let me get this straight: you won't vote for Ron Paul because of his SUPPORTERS, not his policy? No wonder you're "left wing for life"
- Jareth86, on 01/07/2008, -12/+21If only you Ron Paul supporters voted as enthusiastically in real life as you do online. Honestly, FIFTH place in Iowa?
You can digg him up like lightning and campaign for him online like crazy, but can't get off your asses to vote...
Digg me down all you like, you know it's true. Change is brought about by people voting. If you support Paul but won't make the effort to vote for him, you are worthless as a US citizen. - brad3378, on 01/07/2008, -0/+9You have not seen ***** yet.......many people have not even heard of this guy.
- Look4Truth, on 01/07/2008, -0/+9A storm is brewing my friends.
- KennMac, on 01/07/2008, -4/+12Does anyone have the internet in Iowa? I'm not worried.
- blackrich, on 01/07/2008, -0/+8Check this out... this spontaneous rally was the result of chasing Sean Hannity out of a restaurant and all the way back to the hotel!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPGEHhBAa1s - antitrader, on 01/07/2008, -0/+8an its people like you that allow a (sometimes over)zealous group of supporters cloud your ability to make up your own mind about a candidate for office based on their experience, platform, and abilities. by your rational, you'll only vote for the candidate with the fewest number, or most apathetic, supporters. Go Fred Thompson?
- residentps2, on 01/07/2008, -13/+21You better hope and pray that Paul doesn't go for a third party candidacy. Then we'll never hear the end of this *****. Just think about another 10 months of 5 Paul stories in the top 10 everyday.
- MillionsLivio, on 01/07/2008, -3/+11I thought you finally left, but apparently you are back. Nobody likes you, nobody likes your *****, shut the ***** up.
- theOster, on 01/07/2008, -0/+8well it keeps getting buried...
- catfish182, on 01/07/2008, -0/+8why do you talk down to him? he has asking a valid question. can you not actually explain it without trying to put him down?
- asforme, on 01/07/2008, -2/+10This guy has a picture of Ron Paul as his avatar and the entire goal of this account is to bury Ron Paul articles. And people say the Ron Paul supporters are spammers.
http://www.digg.com/users/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX - nlevy, on 01/07/2008, -24/+31And this is why more and more digg users are getting pissed off.
- dhendrix, on 01/07/2008, -0/+7Thanks! I was somewhere in the mob hanging out in Elm and Merrimack. Intense, indeed ;-)
- Mageling, on 01/07/2008, -1/+8Your sarcasm fails me... No, Ron paul never invented the libertarian political view but if anything he has helped promote some of the ideals that libertarianism stand for. If libertarians can's be at least somewhat happy for that I don't see what they hope to gain.
- inactive, on 01/07/2008, -7/+13You're a moron
Source: http://www.digg.com/users/XXXXXXXXXXXXXX - VieRelative, on 01/07/2008, -1/+7Way to miss the point. Ron Paul did not create the movement. The movement brought Ron Paul to the forefront and Ron Paul brings attention to the movement.
I recommend you brace yourself for a lot more constitutionalists in the years to come. -
