- xenoploid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This is a fascinating video. Larry King is revealed to be incredibly manipulative. I wonder if you can still watch these feeds?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That's GREAT!!!! Did you hear the part where Larry King is sitting with Clinton, telling him... "Ted Turner changed the world... (talking about CNN)... big fan of yours, too... You know, he'd uh, serve you well, uh, you know what I mean? You know, after you're elected, you should give him a call. Great guy to work for too..."
And they say there's no liberal media bias... - NoozeHound, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It's a shame this wasn't tagged 'Amazing Anti-American Government TV Interventionist Spin' or some such. & Diggs is such a low response comparatively. 57 minutes is a long time and my connection dropped after about 40 of them. Conspiracy?
Surely the thing here is how derisive the anchors were about the LA rioters and the Native American man. How the networks were in cahoots with the politicians to marginalize and then silence political opposition and deny it of a so-called freedom of speech.
I think pdeco must've bee looking away at specific moments if all he picked up on was what he listed. - pdeco, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Just in case the original is digged.
I'm sorry, but this video is to over hyped. Watching candidates and newscasters getting makeup, eating between breaks, and chatting with each other is far from conspiracy. This video is doing exactly what its trying to uncover, spinning of the news. But watching some video where presidental candidates and Larry King talk for the two min break about nothing in particular is less then shocking. At 27:04, he shows a news caster that is upset because nothing new has changed in the case, but its time for the 7am news and they have to air with something.
God forbid that people on the air are prepped by their advisers. It would be almost as asinine as the NY Times proof reading their ***** articles before printing them the next day.
Networks are out for impact and ratings. Candidates are out to impress viewers and win votes. And everyone has to be politically correct, but this documentary see this as a conspiracy. - videoeye, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1wow
- videoeye, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I don't know.
This documentary from '95. (After the riots, and in presidential campaign).
I thought is a good reminder of the "politically correct" (... focused on the "correct" part).
What conspiracy?. Is what it is. Everyone wants to win the campaign.
Actually, is a very usefull documentary to learn more about the art of argument.
Remember: "big brother is watching you" (and has all the channels of the dish).
