  • MadKennyP, on 12/20/2007, -0/+1Good. The 2nd Amendment has never been found to be an individual right, but is rather tied to a "well-regulated militia" as it states.

    We should have sensible laws that make it more difficult for mentally ill or those with criminal records to purchase guns.
