1) When you join the mainstream religions you may continue to have contact with your family even if they don't join.

3) You can be a member of the mainstream religions without undergoing amateur psychotherapy.
One can, like you do, make the case that since all religions are based on fairy tales, they're all the same. But they're not, because a religion isn't the fairytale, it's the organization spreading the fairytale, and the organization behind scientology is considerably more evil and criminal than the ones behind any mainstream religion.
