By then be sure the orgs say what is legal or not."

"Org" is slang for a city's Scientology "church". - Troll2, on 03/26/2009, -8/+87She's palling around with deranged cultists.
inb4 you betcha - hollywoodanhero, on 03/26/2009, -8/+86Political differences aside, this is friggin SCARY!
- crystalblue69, on 03/26/2009, -9/+77and i thought Palin was a laugh riot before...
Xenu for VP? - babalonanon, on 03/26/2009, -2/+67scientologists plotting to take over Clearwater, Fla:

Infiltrating police, politics, lawyers, RCMP, local police and stealing health records in Canada. Seven scientologists were imprisoned:

Scientology has been banned in Greece when it was discovered that scientology had infiltrated the government and was in possession of classified documents.
Germany has scientology on a list of non-democratic organizations which are under close government watch.
LRH was convicted of fraud in France and was sentenced to 4 yrs. He bolted. He was also banned from Britain.
Further law-breaking:

Any exes out there who were involved with these infiltrations and manipulations ? Speak up! - gr000, on 03/26/2009, -5/+45Coale says "it never went anywhere".
Oh really?
Scientology actually did start that PAC. It's called
Florida Citizens for Social Reform (FCSR)
http://www.floridacsr.org/ - gr000, on 03/26/2009, -4/+38By the way, here's some photos from a meeting of the FCSR at the Ft. Harrison hotel in Clearwater, FL:
http://forums.whyweprotest.net/805581-post10/
The Ft. Harrison is the hotel bought by Scientology under the false name "united churches" when they first infiltrated Clearwater. They openly own it now. Lisa McPherson and several others died there.
http://www.whyaretheydead.net/room174.html - mywhitenoise, on 03/26/2009, -4/+32why would you want to like her? There's NOTHING to like about her.
- Relyt22, on 03/26/2009, -0/+28Scientology's main reasons for forcing their agenda through to the government:
1) Make Scientology law, the law of the land.
2) Obliterate the entire practice of Psychiatry, and make Non-Scientological medical treatments illegal.
3) Suppress any and all criticism of Scientology.
And they do this by befriending and influencing big political names. They're very sneaky in how they do it. Scientologists may become politicians and make decisions in favor of Scientology and against the public without you even noticing it. However, exposes like the ones at Gawker are needed to show just what's going on behind closed doors. - pickanotherid, on 03/26/2009, -6/+33She should look at what's happening with Riverside County, CA Supervisor Jeff Stone after getting tied in with $cientologists.
- JMSHappyCat, on 03/26/2009, -1/+28"Xenu 2012
Why settle for a lesser evil?" - AshamedAmerican, on 03/26/2009, -4/+31Palin and scientology, a pure ***** nightmare of a combination.
- Anonosaurus, on 03/26/2009, -3/+27Down with this sort of thing.
- pwdrskier, on 03/26/2009, -2/+25scientology sucks
- inactive, on 03/26/2009, -6/+27I'd stick it in her butt.
- norman619, on 03/26/2009, -2/+21Given what we know about Scientology plus my own exp with them I woudln't be surprised if it was true.
- multiformat, on 03/26/2009, -4/+22This is for all scientologist out there - Ok people, honestly, how the hell, of all possible religions and beliefs, could you ever, ever possibly believe in this whack job cult. The fact that there really is more than one member simply astounds, amazes and befuddles me. Think for yourselves, open your minds. Alien cultures simply would not travel through space in 1950's jetliners. You do understand that right?? Come on it's easy, or, are you really that stupid and gullible?
- gr000, on 03/26/2009, -0/+18They're not simply stupid. Smart and talented people can be sucked into Scientology - actually that is the kind of people CoS want the most.
They get recruited bit by bit. It's not like you're told "come in and exorcise your body thetans or the alien space lord Xenu is going to get you". They start out with "here's a course where you can learn to communicate better" or "here's a course to detoxify you and solve the life reasons why you take drugs". - norman619, on 03/26/2009, -0/+18Damn it.
Continued:
My first job was working for the Church of Scientology. It was quite an education. I was only 16 and was the only one who would actually call in when I was going to be late or not going to be able to show up for work. Everyone else didn't bother. The boss called a meeting bitched out everyone and pointed out a kid (me) had more sense and integrity than the adults who worked there. How did they reward me? They actually had the hot secretary try to talk me out of accepting money for my work and to instead accept training in Scientology as payment. After they finally paid me I never went back. These people are scum. - kingofinternet, on 03/26/2009, -6/+23between bobby jindal's exorcism and sarah palin's scientologist pal, the future is looking real bright for the republican party--and america.
we've got satan and thetans on our watch now. - iancgi, on 03/26/2009, -0/+17they already do have movers and shakers up in DC. why do you think this CULT is still operating?
- STBAT25, on 03/27/2009, -2/+19God I hope she runs for President. The primaries will be great. Can you imagine the other Republican candidates tearing her apart and her not being able to cry about the left wing media.
- Jeepinator, on 03/26/2009, -6/+22This is from a tabloid. LOL
***** scientology anyway. - TheJimid, on 03/26/2009, -8/+23If anyone resubmits this in early November 2012 I promise I won't bury it.
- LilJimmyNordin, on 03/27/2009, -0/+15How many ***** revelations like this is it going to take for people to wake up and take proper definitive action against the continuance of this cult? When is enough enough?
We all owe it to each other to memorize the details of this story and spread the word. People have to know. - gr000, on 03/26/2009, -0/+14The Clintons are actually quite friendly with Scientology. They keep complaining to Germany for "human rights issues" because Germany is keeping Scientology under surveillance just like they keep under surveillance the other totalitarian and anti-democratic organizations there, like neo-nazis, extreme left wing and jihadist groups.
- noahgelman, on 03/26/2009, -0/+14Or an awesome new sitcom!
- gozroth, on 03/26/2009, -1/+15You betcha!
- doyouwash, on 03/26/2009, -4/+17SCARY
- ANonHubbard, on 03/26/2009, -3/+16It's also true, if you actually read the article.
- londonroad, on 03/27/2009, -0/+13***** scientology.
http://tinyurl.com/chanologyPRANKS - LordHector, on 03/26/2009, -1/+13There will be nothing as entertaining as the Palin 2012 campaign.
- gr000, on 03/27/2009, -0/+12They don't just befriend politicians and deliver votes and money.
They also keep ethics files (i.e. blackmail files) on politicians and their adversaries. - rancidpony, on 03/27/2009, -0/+12Most Scientologists don't know about the whole Xenu story. They keep on telling the people walking in the door that people on the internet are lying. They don't learn about it until the spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to reach OT III. By then, they are so conditioned a number of them just accept it.
You aren't going to get them to publicly admit to the whole Xenu story unless you happen to be one very intelligent news reporter from Chanel 3 in Riverside County:
http://www.kesq.com/Global/story.asp?S=9996728
^ In this video Tommy Davis admits the Xenu Story is part of their "sacred scriptures" - AndrewDB, on 03/26/2009, -3/+15I think she'd stick it in your butt.. more than likely as she seems to me like a power hungry bitch.
- Elranzer, on 03/27/2009, -1/+13You betcha!
- DamOTclese, on 03/27/2009, -0/+12Organized crime, graft, corruption -- Scientology needs to be Federally raided and get eliminated.
- pagit, on 03/26/2009, -3/+15cool
according tho the office of special affairs
he has completed all his "L's"
currently public on Flag lines and his case level is clear
and they believe that souls of have the rights of men - would that mean the right to bare arms and freedom of the press? - ANonHubbard, on 03/26/2009, -0/+10This does not slam Sarah Palin at all. This slams her associate who appears to be using her. If anything, this is a warning to Sarah Palin - here's hoping she dumps him ASAP.
- crystalblue69, on 03/26/2009, -2/+12she's still a political contender, and issues relating to her credibility are significant. if you don't care, don't read it =)
- ANonHubbard, on 03/26/2009, -2/+12How can it have nothing to do with Sarah Palin? The guy who is running her PAC wrote a document 23 years ago about registering PACs for the sole purpose of diverting Scientology money to politicians. He did this for Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and now Palin.
Seriously, try reading before commenting. It'll help out a lot. - crystalblue69, on 03/26/2009, -1/+11read the article... seriously
- inactive, on 03/27/2009, -0/+10PLEASE run Palin and Jindal on the Republican ticket. Do it. I'm begging you. It will be the easiest re-election campaign any incumbent President has ever run; he'll hardly even have to campaign, because Palin and Jindal are lunatics and nobody in their right minds would let them near the Presidency.
- greenlight2001, on 03/27/2009, -0/+10Damn Scientology, you scary...
- JMSHappyCat, on 03/27/2009, -0/+9If you don't have the patience to read the article, why did you take the time to comment on it?
The article simply notes that a current adviser of Palin's has done some shady stuff before. It barely mentions her at all and it's not a criticism of her personally, but rather a heads-up to those who might be interested, like her supporters.
Chill, man. - HeavySausage, on 03/26/2009, -4/+13Wow.. I just did a double vomit in my mouth.
- positron, on 03/26/2009, -2/+11Org is short for organization. Don't use the word church in relation to $cientology, it just helps lend them credibility.
- JMSHappyCat, on 03/26/2009, -1/+10Read the article. It doesn't say dick about Palin knowing about his activities, being in on it, whatever. It was merely noted that he's a current Palin adviser.
I don't see any labeling, and I think you may be putting words in folks' mouths. - inactive, on 03/27/2009, -1/+10Drop the red herring, moron. Sarah Palin and Bobby Jindal are the GOP's last, dying hope for 2012, and they're both kooks. THAT is why we can make blanket statements about the whole party's future: because it's been laid before our eyes.
- JMSHappyCat, on 03/27/2009, -0/+8In some respects, it already resembles one. Older or terminally sick members who can't work are sometimes encouraged to "end cycle" so they can reincarnate and continue striving toward the cult's goal of "clearing the planet".
