Sanford: Stimulus Will Result In 'A Thing Called Slavery'

thinkprogress.org — Sanford’s comments echo the right-wing meme that nearly every policy President Obama pursues, whether it is the stimulus or his national service plan, is a covert plan to enslave Americans. President Bush’s $1.3 trillion — deficit enlarging — tax cut certainly did not elicit the same hysterical response from Sanford.

    He is a college educated economist, he would absolutely destroy Obama in a debate, not only that but he would be able to give facts and actual numbers behind his reasoning.

    I'd vote for him. He also took pigs to the US House of Representatives to make about about pork barrel spending. Yep, I hope he does run, especially when the economy is only going to get worse.

    Yes sir, Real World experience and a proven track record of doing what he says. And for slashing budgets. Maybe I was wrong about him having a degree in Economics, but he sure as hell knows a lot about them.

    You should read up about him. The left is scared of him because he walks the walk and talks the talk. So the left is already starting their smear campaign early, not to mention the economy is going to continue to deteriorate and a candidate with a proven track record of fiscally responsibility would be a nightmare for the Dems.
